There should be a law against this type of fraud

June 21, 2013

Last April my wife left me because I didn’t want children (that was the reason for the divorce too). a few weeks after she left I started seeing a girl who lived on the other side of the country, a friend of a friend type thing. I saw her about 4-5 times over a month. We had sex but I always used protection. On the last time I saw her she said there was no need as she was on the pill anyway.

So to cut a long story short she was lying and got pregnant, unknown to me. Our fling ended and I thought we went our seperate ways. Then last month I get a maintenence request from the csa! No warning, no attempt to sort things out. It was literally the first I’ve heard of it. So not only have I been defrauded into giving some girl I hardly know a kid, she’s sent the csa my way to pay for the privilege! I don’t care what anyone says, there should be a law against this type of fraud and morally I don’t think someone in my position should have to pay considering I had no choice in the matter and was lied to in the worst way. But no choice but all the responsibility! Sucks!

The woman knew you didt want kids, she has taken the decsion to become pregnant without asking you, then she should foot the damn.bill herself, unfortunatly now the CSA have there claws in you, your in the long haul for the next 20 yrs, best asking for dna test to be safe, it might not even be yours, there should be a law against entrapment,

Well said Lucy and Lisa – i’ve been coming onto this website for a few years now and I despise the CSA and the greedy PWCs who abuse the system to get money for nothing but I have to say that I am getting a bit sick of hearing grown men saying they were trapped and lied to by females they hardly know…. the bottom line is, if YOU don’t want kids then YOU should use protection…. no matter what the female says!!!

I have however, total sympathy for men who are in committed relationships and are lied to by their partner but not the ones who hardly know the females they sleep with… what about sexually transmitted diseases from those types of females??

Women like the.one from this story give good mums a bad name, she got pregnant, didt ask for input, but knew damn well she would get a decent payout from this abhorrent place, the chap.made a.mistake by believing the lying bitch, but doesnt give her the right to bring an unwanted.child into the world

Welcome to the world of the CSA scum, ensure you keep everything you send in writing, If you send anything send it recorded delivery, ensure you log eveyphone call from and to them, even get there full name and from what office, In fact its better not to speak on the phone to them as they will tell you a complete pack of lies,They are parasites, i would record any phone phone conversation and keep for future reference, Oh and watch our for some one called Alice whom frequents her self on here ( Fact Alice is a man dressed up in womans clothes the pervert)
remember keep eveything, it might just serve you well one day,

Pete, Alice was given a large “fuck off” tablet. I’d be surprised if we hear from him/her again.

To those comments saying I should have put something on the end of it, and about grown men bitching about being lied to. Your comments show your complete dogma and naivety. Have you ever been in a relationship with a man? Regardless of the longevity of the relationship there comes a time when people talk about not using barrier contraception and relying on oral contraception. As I said in my original post barrier protection was used until that conversation was had. Unfortunately after that point the man has to trust the woman. Would you think it healthy for a man to escort you to the bathroom every day and watch you take your pill? Of course not. It’s wholly impractical. As a “grown man” of 35 years of age I have had numerous girlfriends where this trust is observed and with no consequences. This woman was also a grown woman of 30 years who was not new to the workings of the contraceptive pill. She knew exactly what she was doing because she wanted a child and knew I would have to pay for it and for you to blame me in any way shows just how out of touch with reality you are. The bottom line I was lied to so I could unwittingly supply a woman with a child and now I have to pay her for the privilege.

I feel for you mate, I definitly would do the dna test, how many other men were involved in this childs making, women like this have no shame, all they see is the pound signs

Yeh I’m having the DNA test next week, I’ve never had my fingers so crossed! I’ve already had to disclose my earnings so they can start taking if its mine. I’ve also resigned as a director of my company before filling In the form. The company has 2 other directors, my manager and my mum, so i just work there part time as an employee now. I’ve declared my standard wage of 800 a month which I think works out at about £120 a month to her. But with her military style approach (not even coming to me before going to the csa) I don’t think she’ll stop there so I’m preparing for months of tribunals of her trying to get more money out of me. I don’t know how the csa will be able to get more but it seems a lot can happen at these tribunals. I’m also getting legal advice as to what I have to hand over to the csa and what I don’t have to. Even £120 a month I begrudge paying out considering the circumstances. And don’t worry about the kid, it’s grandad ( on her side) is a millionaire who gives her hand outs all the time, but if course the csa won’t take that into consideration. I’ve never known such inequality in this country.

Jon, you have my sympathy. I had a brief fling with a woman after coming out of a long term relationship. Yes she told me she was on the pill and yes I should have worn a condom. Hindsight is a great thing.
I’ve had to live with this hell for the last 15 years. If only I could turn the clock back.
The woman in question had lived a life on benefits and with her daughter in her mid teens, benefits would soon be coming to an end so she decided to deliberately get pregnant, so she could live off me for many years to come.
I’m on CSA1 and paying even more than those on CSA2. Needless to say the CSA have made my life hell during that time. I’ve totally changed as a person and I’m so angry and bitter.
A child should not be brought into this world unless, unless the couple are in a secure relationship and both want a child.
I begged the woman in the early stages of pregnancy not to have the child but I always remember her reply “It takes two to tango. Definitely yours, definitely keeping it”. I feel sorry for my son being brought into this world in such circumstances, although I hope he’s fit and well and having a good education.
No woman should deliberately trap a man to get pregnant, get the CSA involved and expect him to pay extortionate sums of maintenance for the next 20 years.
