had involvement with the csa against me for 11 years now,they say i owe them 11000 in arrears to them,even though i paid my ex directly,( she was on benifits),they have took half my wages un announced plenty of times,never taking into consideration my other 2 children,wife and house,which is now repossed because i couldnt afford the morgage anymore,everytime i get a job they take there money,which finishes me off everytime.
now they have a liability order on me,even though the maintenace case is dropped against me there still want there money for the money i suppose to owe the state,i cant win!!,my daughter who is now 19 years old is willing to go to court to tell them ive always paid,but apparently thats not good enough??
Can you avoid child maintenance if you move to ireland from northern Ireland? My child is living in northern Ireland but i dont get to see her at all but child maintenance is still taking over £100 a week off me? Please help!!
