do the CSA have the power to seize my passport?
I have a friend who has simply told me that due to a recent fall out with his common law wife ie,they have not married he has had the CSA on his case relating to child support payments. The CSA have threatened him with action if he does not pay,I suggested although I am not an attorney at law that they do not have the power to enter ones Bank Account as he has not signed any contract with them although due to the fact that he registered them for a Birth Certificate they do have the power to take his Children as that is the deception under Capitis Diminutio Maxima. The separation of the Caput=Head and in its place the legal as opposed to Law the fiction. Please advise whether they have the power to enter his Bank Account and/or seize his PASSPORT
If you owe at least $5,000 or more in Child Support, the State Department will seize your US Passport. If you are a dual citizen or otherwise carry a Passport of another country the State Department does not have the authority to confiscate your 2nd passport, as that passport is not US property.
