Useless and threatening

I’ve had triplicate letters with different amounts on them and the csa is now trying to claim £2274 per month instead of £935. My ex has been lieing to them about figures and they have now moved me to collect and pay. Im worried they will take triplicate money 🙁 also how the hell do I appeal against a direct earnings order -the whole process is further deluded by waiting 2hrs for some jobs worthy man hater to further confuse the case. It’s a pitiful and disgusting department that runs a skeleton service just to appease poor (mainly) fathers. I hate them.
