Ex not paying to support our daughter

February 13, 2012

I was with my ex for 9 years, we have been split up for almost 8 and out daughter is 9 in march. It has only ever been a verbal argreement that he pays £40 per week which he usually does pay most of the time untill a few months ago.

He has never been the best dad in the world, always letting our daughter down but being there for his other kids but my daughter has always been happy with it being me & her.

She has now been noticing alot that she gets pushed to one side, gets let down all the time and its not on. He has money for himself and others just not my daughter. Is there any thing i can do?

He is self employed but just lately gone on the sick stating “STRESS” ??

    Unfortunately this is common.

Self employed seem to be able to get away with dictating the system.

You can only go through the complaints procedure – everything in writing, by recorded delivery, go to your MP, go to ICE (Independent Case Examiner) please join the facebook groups Child Support Agencies Failings and others. Good Luck
