I’m told I have to pay for my grandson – surely this is wrong?

September 12, 2013

I had a case with the CSA until 2002 when my youngest daughter was 18. My ex has made a claim against me now as my 29 year old daughter has had a child recently.

The CSA want me to pay for my grandson. I have explained to the CSA that I am not liable to pay for my grandson but a Martin Main says that I am. This is surely wrong.

??? Pay towards your grandson ???
Its simple if the child is not yours you do not pay. Id be waiting for paperwork from them and going to the national papers…this corrupt agency needs to be shut down and the only way thats gonna happen is by exposing them through the papers and television.
If they take just 1 penny from you they break every known law against your human rights

That is the funniest thing I have read in a while, the onus is now on you to prove that this child isn’t yours, as strange as it sounds the CSA will take money from you until it’s proved otherwise, they are the most corrupt organisation ever, give the call centre a ring and ask to be put through to Durham house complaints review, these people do actually speak to you like a human being and will take this in hand to be dealt with ASAP, if you don’t do anything they will assume it’s your child and carry on taking your money they don’t care how they will just take it from wherever ie bank account credit cards etc
