CSA Bolton is a disgrace

Don’t really know where to start, after my now ex husband left me i was left with my 2 boys, who for the 1st few years he was happily paying me thirty pounds a week per child.

Gradually the payments lessened and i was forever chasing to recieve what i was owed.. so i phoned csa and after much thought i closed my existing case out of frustration!! After a while i asked my ex if we could come to some agreement. His reply was negative and he told me to contact csa again if i wanted any money from him!!

So i did this and a new case was opened and he was re assessed at having to pay me 6POUND a week back in 2009.. now this is a man that is a director of at least two companys and when i was married to him was paying himself 800 pound a week.. and i knew this amount had increased, and at the time his business was doing well, and he was driving around in a convertible mercedes and afforded a new house!!

But still was only paying me a measly 6 pound!!

So out of my own pocket, i accessed all his financial reports for all of his companys printed them all out and sent them to csa, it has taken them until jan this year to review this and to do what they call a variation on my ex.. this case was passed over to the debt dept at stockport and to a fantastic woman called yvonne collier!!! (who i have to say went to great lengths for me). She collected figures provided by my ex right back to 2009 and it turned out after he HAD been paying the wrong amount since 2009, and now owed me in excess of £6500.. which he agreed to pay back at £106 a week, and then when the arrears were paid a further 51 pound a week for how ever long my son is liable for payment..

Surprise surprise he has now appealed again, and as a company director/employee he pays himself a wage which is of minimum amount so he can get away with paying me a minimal amount AGAIN!!! but still lives a lifestyle that reflects different.. so once again its in the appeals dept, and apparently been passed to the dreaded BOLTON OFFICE.

Even other csa depts talk about bolton with disappointment in their voices, they are a total waste of time.. to which i told them so this morning..i spoke to bolton this morning, i was told by the retard (sorry the person that answered the phone) that one i couldnt speak to the enforcement dept because it didnt exist (it does) and then i asked for a phone number that i could complain to i was told no i cant give it to you!!!

Then i said i would be writing to jim edgar one of your chief executives (her response was ” who is he i have never heard of him) bolton you are an absolute disgrace!!!! and i doubt i will ever get to the bottom of it, more chance of winning the lottery!!! lol

    Please join the facebook groups, for support and advice and you tube vid Ive done too, i.e. child support agencies failings, we wont pay to use the CSA, etc.

    63. The total end-to-end direct cost of the IT system delivered by EDS, from the start of the
    contract until 2010, is estimated as £456 million. The CSA is effectively paying £1 million
    per week to EDS. A recent written Ministerial Statement indicated that between 3 March
    2003 and 19 September 2004, the Agency retained £12.1 million of payments due to EDS
    because of performance problems. EDS said that
    “Over the four years since the contract between the CSA and EDS was signed, EDS
    has been paid approximately £130 million for providing live service to the CSA.”7

    Look at the date of contract end 2010 then the CMEC i wonder how much this will cost us the people allready paying tax on everything.
