Whats the point in carrying on?

July 11, 2010

Guys,

Long story & I’ll save you the pain of reading it, as it seems to be a familiar event. Basically, divorce 3 years ago, struggling ever since, despite giving her every thing (house, contents etc) and before you ask, no I didn’t go to the solicitors, as I couldn’t afford it.

Now she’s used that blunt weapon of the CSA to take away over £700 a month away from me. That along with the Bankruptcy attatchemnt of earnings, due to the divorce (which was shared marital debt!) i’m now at the point that I can’t see the point in a:) working or B:) living… I’m a professional person & I can’t even afford a house, car…or even to see my kids!.

And to rub salt into the wound, the ex-vulture has now got herself a brand new £25K Land Rover!… I’m sure this is really fair.. but hey, what does it matter, I’m just a disposable cash machine… shut up, cough up & die.. that’s about the sum of it.

There is not a word in the English Dictionary that I could use to describe the CSA or that Vulture :-(. I’m better off dead.

    Karl.

I know there can be very very dark days when you are going through what you are going through, I know, I have been there.

Hang on in there pal. Our children are not children for ever and the truth will out in the end …

Is this that CSA Hell guy again, you spoke to me on there last week about this? : – )

That’s exactly how I feel and I’m sorry mate but this is how wrong this system, the Govt and the abuse we men have to endure. Anyone in SE London area like to meet up and discuss.

CSAHELL – admin any chance you can setup a local groups section and we need everyone to reach out to those suffering, needing support and get together for meet ups to exchange ideas on how best to kick-ass!!

    Brian,

‘everyone’ and ‘together’ , do you mean NRP’s and P’sWC?

More chance of the powers that be listening and ‘to kick-ass’ if ALL that are failed by legislation ‘exchange ideas’ for change, an unbalanced one sided approach has not proved fruitful in the past and is unlikely to in the future.

chall – I do hear ya 😉 I’m relatively a new NRP, to the CSA system and from what I’ve learnt as you can imagine my mind is working overtime, my blood boils and I’m shocked and saddened that after HOW MANY YEARS the suffering continues!! both NRP and PWC. I’m happy to engage anyone from both sides, however WE NEED ACTION! and people are suffering.

Right now I’m dealing with a woman from Poland who thinks child = CASH!! prizes! including all the benefits she can eat. She uses my money £400 per month + some benefits to morgage her house in Poland. CSA don’t care.

So if Im sounding like I’m trashing PWCs, I’m not really. It’s just NRPs get kicked F**king silly by CSA, no mother is means tested, some live the high life and as I’m on the receiving end..I’m like a hound dog looking for blood.! CSA blood.

    Thanks
    Brian

    Brian,

The CSA and children are emotive subjects. Most parents come to sites like this and my own are upset, frustrated and angry, they seek advice and support, not replies such as https://www.csahell.com/ex-gone-contracted-to-escape-a-deo-2468.html

I have a lot of empathy for NRP’s who get clobbered by the CSA or a PWC, as do some other PWC, who may well have ex’s who will not contribute towards their own child, but they can see past their own situation and see wrong doing.
Sadly, the same can’t be said for some NRP who can not get past their own injustice. Some PWC, regardless of their circumstances, seem fair game and worthy of nothing.
We are not responsible for each other’s ex’s, but we do share a system that lets us down.

I agree, we do need action, but until attitudes change and we can all treat each other with a bit of respect and work together, nothing will.

You know people are allowed to be angry! shout ,voice opinions and engage in open lively debate regarding their experiences at the hands of the CSA. Don’t you get the feeling of strangulation once the CSA are involved in your life! it’s like a noose. Your whole life changes and you get kicked, harassed you know the rest. I’m not one to sit on my ass and do nothing! that’s why I’m here and wanting to gain support in change.

The CSA & the Govt doesn’t challenge PWC and assess the real needs of the child nor does it regard the genuine financial hardship suffered by genuine NRPs. We are the easy targets!

The CSA enforce, control, enflick pain mentally on those NRPs only to willing to come to some form of agreement with the PWC on what is financially best.

For those who suffer in silence PLEASE get together with others likeminded, we need a joint effort to pull resources and fight this nasty animal “CSA”. The MPs screwed the public purses PLEASE don’t let them sit in parliment doing nothing while YOU GET SCREWED BY THE CSA. I’m in SE London and would like to meet others going it alone is crap!

EVERYONE GET YOUR MP involved!! NO matter what.
Regardless send them a copy of every letter you send to the CSA. You’ll be amazed how many NRPs together we can get better, improved, group response.

Don’t let the MP do nothng! Stand up and get the MP over worked with local CSA cases guaranteed to piss them off and force the issues directly with higher CSA bods..please pass this message on.
CSA will only take notice if an MP gets pissed off

    Thanks
    Brian

Hopefully, you will get better response than you gave, quote “No sympathy it’s an unfair system.”

Quote “You know people are allowed to be angry!”
They certainly are and have good reason to be. But that doesn’t give people the right to be angry with other people, who’s circumstance they do not fully comprehend.
FYI, the forum at afairercsaforall has 2900+ registered members, I’m joint founder and after 4 years I am aware of most of the rights and wrongs from both sides.

BTW, MP’s are busy, there’s a lot rushing around trying to get the rest of the legislation pushed through ready for CS3 (CMEC) that’s fully due in this year!!

Guys, thank you for your kind words, and site like this keep me hanging on, as this is obviously a shared injustice.

I have been in that “dark” place a few times now, and it is very difficult to see out or give yourself a reason for being, when all around you are raping you for everything you have…just to give it to some one else. Despite the act I’m happy to support my responsibilities.

I have decided to leave the country, before I get screwed any further :-(.

I have (and I know I’m lucky in the current climate) to have a job, but this is being raped to the point of pointlessness. So despite the distance and the inability to see my kids, I now have to evacuate the country, before I end up homeless.

I have tried contracting, but there is nothing viable out there (especially when your running low on resources folowing bankruptcy)

once I get overseas, I have a chance to fight back!!, but it’s a shame I have to leave my home to do it…such as the British justice ( and I use that word lightly) system is 🙁

    Regards
