Rich ex is avoiding the CSA

It all began in 2003 when i divorced my rich ex husband, coming from a family who were just normal working class people we had nothing but a happy life , so he didnt want me to have anything at all as i came with nothing, but gave everything.

The courts issued a year amount of 500.00 to pay each month to me, when that is over we had to agree an amount or go to the csa.
A year came and went and he offered me 100.00 a month so i went to the csa at first i recieved about 80.00 a month instead…

After several moths maybe a year of complaining it rose to over 100.00 a month and ever since in the last 5/6 years ive put variations and complaints in to get it adresses.

Now heres why…

My ex owns a lucrative motorcycle business in hampshire done well according to his reports , being a limited company i can pull those off the net…as can the csa if they bothered to.

His house is probably worth over 450/500k

He was on 75k when we got divorced, since then hes had the house redecorated had a brand new BMW 4×4, lots of holidays, a 70k swimming pool, hes hidden as a purchase i believe by his mother/business, a massive new conservaotry, jacuzzi,lots of new gadgets, speakers in the garden bose sound round the house new tvs etc etc.

According to the csa his 400k+ house isnt proof enough that hes not on 1k a month wages nor is the fact he owns a shop which he gets rent off to him and keeps his wages low and claims a huge divident and probably half a million or so pension…

How do i ever get the proof the csa need to swat him like a fly, nor the guarantee that they will even bother with it get my hopes up then deny they had the stuff i send…which happened before!

On the basingstoke and deane council website i can see his planning applications which were apporved last year for a massive extension he claims single person allowances and also education welfar allowances for my 19 yr old who lives with him, who also gets a wage from his business!! this alone would have made him liable for the last 2 years of 360 a month…failed cant get them to see this…at the moment…

In despair ive decided to blog this i have all the links to him, his premises,his house and his business should anyone wish to see them as the only satisfaction i am going to get im leaving here, and wherever i can blog this, in the hope someone will take me and make this happen , in the meanwhile i feel sorry for all the lower class people, paying ridiculous amounts of money to the CSA,when him rich,arrogant,selfish gets away with a mere pittance…where is the justice in that 7 years later id rather have never known him except for three lovely children , the memories of a mentally abusive ex are going to linger for quite a long time…
