CSA payment finally after ten years

After nearly Ten years of countless letters and follow-up phone calls from me to The CSA in pursuit of a laughingly ridiculous ammount of £5 per week to be deducted from the work-shy, benefit-frauding layabout of an Ex’s State unemployment handout, I had all but given up.

Can you now imagine my complete shock and total amazement when out of the blue,a cheque for £10 dropped through my letterbox, indicating that FINALLY, someone at the CSA had managed to put two and two together, read the blatantly obvious benefit information held about the Ex for almost a Decade, and ACT on it!

I have always worked to support our Son and shall continue to do so as it is, in my opinion, the right and proper thing to do. I was raised in the belief that if you decide to have children, you move heaven and earth to PROVIDE FINANCIALLY for those children.

I am under no illusion whatsoever that any future payments will appear as i’m convinced the cheque was a “freak” administrative blunder, but after so many years of getting fobbed off with empty promises from the CSA, i am taking comfort in the fact that although £5 a week barely even covers a couple of meals for my son, it’s £5 that the Ex won’t have to spend on his Cigarettes and Beer!

So, I will finish with a hearty “thanks for nothing” to the CSA and all those supposedly working in our interests to bring the responsibility-sherking parasites to financial justice. It’s just too little too late i’m afraid……

Coincidently, i have framed the insult of a cheque and hung it on the back of my toilet door – it seemed the most apt location for it – always guarenteed an emergency sheet of loo roll should i ever run right out!

  1. Allan- The £5 never came from the NRP or the CSA, it came from Lisa and all the other Tax Paying Citizens, who also are providing for you too. GET A JOB.

  2. well done Michelle……..Allan should know this senario well as he is another benefit scrounger!!!!!!wit.

This person obviously does’nt have anyone in his life to converse with so comes on this site and fills it with crap. Nice to see OUR hard earned money is helping the moron set up his own business .

Lisa you came on here to vent, and what you do with your cheque is your business, maybe he thinks you should of been taxed on the £10 and the money end up in his pocket?

  3. Michelle, you make an amusing comment, oddly enough being presented on screen after my return from the jobcentre appointment I attended today with intention applied made request for any information regarding voluntary work due to an unsuccessful search for employment since my being rushed into hospital in a coma… however! ther are now restrictions to my ability to work in my previous line of employment due to my illness and disability. My employment history consists of manual labour… real graft, not sat in an office with a phone and PC to sit on my backside allday and make claim I work but just sitting on my backside all day chillin back in my office chair!!! Reference to tax payers, I do believe during my working history, I also was paying taxes like yourself and now I am reclaiming such taxes by being on benefit seems quite justified due to the issues of my disability and illness. Considering also thatI am in my early 40's with such working history behind me!!!!!!So michelle I do suggest you jump down of ya high horse or soap box with your inflated ego and open ya eyes to the real world rather than the little dream world you currently exist in!!!!!!!Clearly you make assumptions that I am a benefit scrounger when in fact I am unemployed with an illness and disability which has altered my abilities in the work place and now find myself seeking alternative lines of employment of which I actually have no experience in!!!!I look forward to your next attempt to insult me with your following outburst!!!!!

  4. Michelle, just one more thing, although I do believe they are unable to work miracles, I would suggest consultation with a cosmetic surgeon… just a little helpfull advice rather than an insult!!!!!

  5. (((( Disability allowance – higher rate – very clever!! )))).Long may my taxes continue to pay for your "Illness". One assumes the payment covers your obvious delusional mental state too. What a horrible/inwardly inept/pathetic individual you are,Mr Morrell.l

  6. here here Lisa!!

Michelle instead of feeling angry with Mr Allan Moron for his , feel sorry for him because it’s obvious he has some serious mental retard issues and we should always feel sorry for those less fortunate than ourselves. Bet his ex partners are kicking themselves for letting that catch get away?

  7. I'm still waiting on Tracy's input… surely she has summat witty to provide to this post… considering her like button responses to individual comments… but that must clearly depend on the extent of the imagination… lol

  8. i think wre all aware its child maintenance allan.as 4 the bills bit, payin the househod bills does benefit the kids,im sure theyd agree if there sittin there cold,or if they hav no roof over head.eh.but hey,im sure there just luxuries in ur book.

  9. Helen…. I see you are prepared to test your argument skills with myself………Not luxuries, general household utilities, do I ask my ex to help out with heating costs etc??? wake up!!!!You'd be using the same heat… oh, I forgot … your mind doesnt process logically… just emotionally and mainly about money..!!!!!.Ya see, household utilities are usually set in place, bills paid, food supplies in fridge and cupboards or are you also suggesting buying plates to eat off is actually a benefit to the child or is it a household comodity, same with the water… get where I'm at yet?????Commodities that you share.!!!!… does not mean commodities for the child .. Child maintenance, specifically benefits the child, not the child and the PWC!!!!!You are commenting on the use of the monies to fund the things you share with the child… so you are using it as bills maintenance….Child maintenance….., the specifics….. being for the CHILD!!!!!!!!!The issue of roof over my head… I can chance that as a luxury for the times I was out in the cold coz the ex was in a mood, I slept rough… mid winter, however still a roof over the head is a commodity…… As with child you wouldnt be left on the streets… but as a commodity that you share, that is not use of child maintenance for the child but use of maintenance for things you share with the child….. As I said before… it aint PWC and Child maintenance.. Just CHILD MAINTENANCE!!!!!!The paying of bills with maintenance is that you benefit as does the child… however, clothing and footwear benefits the child and not the PWC in a personal manner… I do not believe the PWCshould benefit but only the child… Child maintenance!!!!

  10. Helen .. I do notice that you make a lot of assumptions as to how I think……… Maybe if you processed the information logically, you wouldnt feel the need to assume so much!!!!!!!!!

  11. Or would I be assuming that you try to avoid making purchases directly for the child so that you would benefit also, or am I assessing based upon the evidence that you present that you wish yourself to benefit also and intent therefore on sharing the CHILD MAINTENANCE between yourself and your child????

  12. Or helen, based upon the evidence you present… are you attempting to imply that clothing and footwear for your child is a luxury rather than essential needs for the child?????

  13. allan, who says i get child maintanance 4 a start, secondly boy u must have nothin better 2 do,seein how many posts u v put up.i mean while have been working 2day you know 2 pay bills n stuff.

  14. Helen….Maybe the after thoughts have been entered as and when I chose, but as for you working… well that's what you are employed to do…!!!!!!I never commented that you were in reciept of child maintenance payments, I commented about your possible use of child maintenance and as in which application or capacity you might possibly use them….!!!Had I nothing better to do,then please divulge to me why there are time breaks in between each comment… Again you assume I had nothing else to do…!!!!

  15. As for having my facebook open throughout the day, are you attempting to question the reasons for why I use two Laptops and why I use one for the internet and the other for photography????Am I not entitled to enter comments as and when I choose?????Am I not entitled to respond to your questions, and if not, why ask me those questions if you are not acceptant of my opinions and my questions????Yor use of the word boy would imply that I look younger than you… considering in my early 40's, would that make you in your late 50's by any chance??????You appear be upset that I was able to present my posts in relation to your comments and questions but that you had to go into work today… was itjust a bad hair-day or just a bad day at work?????

  16. You were questioning as to the way I think how child maintenance should be applied by the PWC right???? that is how your comments display themselves…You clearly assume I think heating the home or a roof over the child's head is a luxury!!! You clearly present your opinions as to your evident assumptions as to the way I think in relation to the use of child maintenance whether a measly pittance or as a generous amount exceeding the PWC's expected amount!!!!!

  17. Helen… remember asking me this question?????…………. on the subject of nrp bein able 2 just take kids shoppin.wot if they refuse 2 spend money on things like, clothes.decent shoes nd then sys thats mothers job not mine.wot then.wot wud u think the pwc shud do.

  18. ah have u missed me.well iv been workin again.iv also looked up definition of child maintenance 4 ya.its expenses given 2 parent with primary care 4 expenses such as quote food, accomadation, clothing, utilities etc.its there in black n white.

  19. and clothing and footwear but clearly you feel the need to benefit just as much as the child rather than the child benefitting totally while you dont!!!!Never threw anything at you sweety so how could I possibly miss, and even if I had thrown summat, how could I possibly miss you?????In otherwords, you chose to seek verification where you should benefit whether shared with the child or not….????I still believe the child should benefit from child maintenance rather than the parent, as I choose not to be so greedy and selfish as you would like to make yourself appear to be… based on the evidence you provide in your comments….

  20. how can i be greedy,as i said b4,iv never said that i receive any maintanance.i must be greedy 2 spend all my wages on my children nd myself.so yes i benefit 2 bcos i provide the money myself.

  21. I never said you recieved it, I clearly stated how you feel the need to benefit from child maintenance if you were to be in reciept…. Dont just read what you want to see, read what I said!!!!!

  22. the evidence is within your comments how you feel that child maintenance be applied…… I never said you were applying it in the way you describe you feel you are entitled!!!!!!

  23. you just keep telling me how you believe you are entitled to apply child maintenance payments and how you feel you need to benefit from child maintenance, especially if you were in reciept of child maintenance…what's so confusing about that???????

  24. O Allan, what a shame that the series of unfortunate events that have happened to you, have rendered you a very bitter & twisted man, who has nothing better to do than to throw insults and nose through profiles on here. That be because you are so bitter you will be left to endure a very lonely existence.

  25. Helen…I was refering to an answer regarding the comments I presented in reply to your comments, not about your absence from fb… besides, ya absence is explained by fb's performance for the day and by your earlier comments of being at work… clearly you had no comment to make in respect to our debate but clearly you only present comment as to your attendance….lol I still comment that you have no answer at this time in respect to your test of argumentative skills, you clearly avoid several of my comments due to not having an adequate answer respectively!!!However! you clearly state that you feel you are entitled to benefit from child maintenance rather than letting the child benefit in totality of such maintenance…. whether you recieve child maintenance or not!!! that is the evidence you present… you present the attitude that you should benefit rather than allowing the child to benefit directly by your intended application…. being all about your me, me, ME type attitude expectant from PWC's intent on revenge against NRP both financially and emotionally and with support of the barbaric draconian CSA incorrectly named Child support Agency!!!
