All I’ve ever asked for was to be treated fairly

Well I dont know if this is a common story or not but here goes….

I have always been upfront with the CSA and met my responsibilities even though my ex stole money from me when she left. When the CSA got in contact with me just before Xmas 7 years ago when we separated, they saw I had another case with my older daughter…Me and my ex-wife had come to an agreement, the CSA was advised of this and they told me to close the case since we had an agreement.

Well this was the wrong information they gave me, they should have kept this case open and noted it down as being paid direct and not through the CSA, this would have meant I would be paying 10% of my wage for my son instead of 15% which they take. Well as soon as they contacted me to reassess, I complained about this and they said yes it was their fault. This has cost me just under £4000 over this time, but the CSA told me they could not get this money back for me and paid me £50 due to their error.

How can this be?? Anyone understand how this is fair? This is money that I should have to spend on my kids, take them holidays or even spend on myself. At the moment this is at appeal though they are adamant that they are not going to pay me, so looks like court to reclaim it at more cost which will probably be passed onto the taxpayer as they cant rectify this error that they made.

If I didnt pay this money I would have my wages arrested and the final insult…I got a raise in my job and they are making me pay more money backdated which is the ultimate insult as my payment would still be less than my original payment if they had given me the correct advice to start…great British justice strikes again.

I know there are a lot of deadbeat dads out there but when things like this happen I understand how some people who are living on the poverty line can walk away and get money in hand for jobs and pay nothing….all I’ve ever asked for was to be treated fairly and it has not been the case with me.

  1. @ Alice, stolen from your employer and words changed a little to make it look like your own, this document us being used to help the very people the csa rob daily, it wasnt stolen from your pathetic group, it was ther for all to see, I think wholeheartedly your.pissed off because you didt want any NRP to use this, never mind see it, so alice do what you do best, run along answer the phones tell.more lies for your bonus payment and.let us get.on with fighting the abhorrent place you so desperatly seem to defend, your answers above are the same drivel over and over, hurry along you have more men to rob by creating false arrears and extortionate payments

Errrrr Alice, you no absolutley nothing about my case, So back off, I have your so called colleagues by the bollocks for MALADMINISTRATION ,FRAUD, My wife has every right to fight for me, Its dispicable when CSA say, I AM NOT BOTHERED ABOUT YOUR DISABLED SON, breach of the disability discrimination act, You all piss in the same pot, You CSA SCUM are all pathelogical liars, and each and every one of you should be jailed for commiting these so called acts, You are not above the law, Nor is your employeer, you should all be named and shamed, and up to now i have a lovely list of every sucm sucking leech in the csa that i have spoken to, Varied ministers have gone on record saying “The agency is not fit for purpose” But please do continue to spout your shit off, as eveyrthing that comes out of your mouth is complete crap, in fact i can smell the shit you spout from here, PLEASE USE MOUTH WASH

  5. and to put the record straight – the document was entirely written by myself, in my own words, the only thing that came from my employment was the knowledge

    shame Lisa cannot just behave like an adult for once and admit that she was wrong to use a document without having the decency to ask if it was ok – and then to lie and lie again … changing stories every post shows you for what you are – a pathetic liar

Alice you are in no position to be calling anybody liars you work for the most corrupt and out of control agency which is despised by thousands of people, and in my experience of my past dealings with you – you are the one who is economical with the truth. Which document did you write how to fuck up innocent peoples lives and enforce children into poverty? Two CSA staff members in a year have been caught committing fraud from Plymouth, I am sure if we had a public enquiry there would be a lot more fraud uncovered and more agency staff behind bars.

    If you are on about the paternity procedures in the document – I took it from the coffee morning group before I got booted out. You took the information from the inept agency you work for and put it in that PWC group which you support. And why should it not bee seen by people there are thousands of NRP’s who have been trapped by lying scheming PWC’s who use the agency to get money for themselves not the children. There are PWC’s out there who name the fathers and have lied about the paternity, but the spineless wankers who work at the agency trick NRP’s and lie to them about DNA testing. Recently we had a chap who stated in the MEF that he was not the father in 2004 the staff at Falkirk told him whoppers suprize suprize! He was paying for a child that did not belong to him and the staff knew he had contested paternity from day one which Alice = FRAUD! Incidentally Alice you are in breach of the Civil Servants Code of conduct so fuck off you abhorrent parasite go crawl back under the rock you crawled out from. And if the agency was doing good things then why is there a media blackout? Go figure, Lifting children out of poverty what a load of shite!

    Do us all a favour go and take yourself to the nearest and tallest building and throw yourself off – just like the poor souls who have taken their own lives because of scum like you at the agency.

The agency know who you are because last time we complained about you on FB you closed your account for a wee while – so the agency is obviously allowing you to help PWC’s so you can all reach your targets and get a bonus – I cant think of a word disgusting enough to describe all of you spineless scum who work at the agency.

    BTW Alice the email campaigns have worked a treat many people have now had responses were before the agency was ignoring their letters, people have had cases closed, DNA tests done where before the agency staff refused to let them take a DNA test, people have been given consolatory payments and arrears adjusted and reduced by thousands. So I would not say the email campaign has been fruitless at all, what it has done is expose the CSA for the lying scum that they are and they think that they are above the law, newsflash you ain’t and you are not crown immune. This is just the beginning dear old Alice it is only a matter of time before we get a public inquiry and the sky is going to fall upon your heads. The end is nigh!

  14. Alice, I am a PWC and I think the way the CSA has treated my ex over the last 20 years has been disgusting.
    His children are now 33 27 and 18.
    The CSA are deducting £300 per month (DEO) for the 27 year old for arrears.
    I am the PWC of his 18 yr old (Student) I get fuck all now because of the DEO we had a mutual arrangement.

    Get off your high horse not all PWC’s are out to line your pockets.
    The CSA is shit.

I think the comments made have left David in no doubt, The CSA are incabable of offering a fair system yet still involve themselves in relationship breakdown and causing more grief than is required. When CSA staff frequent this site offering “half” advice instead of rounded unbiased advice, it begs the question to what their purpose is?, folk come on here to seek like minded and fellow wronged people who may share experiences and show the failings of the CSA. Yes if the CSA have made a mistake it shows you are not alone and there is help out there, Or you can believe Alice who says it is all legislation,blame the government, CSA staff are bound by so not their fault. So a guilty conscience maybe brings her here? I know not but make your own minds up after reading the posts. But I am sure David has made his up that decent compliant Dads will never get a fair deal as we have to subsidise the ones who do not pay as the CSA with all the legislation to help them can not get the information to make them pay, in a nutshell the CSA has failed and CSA workers are to blame not any legislation which actually protects the staff from legal proceedings but hopefully not forever.

  26. CSA staff do not care about the children all they are interested in is reaching their targets to get their bonus and they will do anything to make you non compliant so they can enforce a DEO. As I said earlier two CSA staff members in under a year have been jailed for fraud, if the agency was investigated MOG they would find the whole corrupt agency is rife with fraudulent activity especially Plymouth. Our beloved Alice is a man who is from the Plymouth business unit probably management as he lives in a house in a street which the properties are over 300k

When eventually they do the corrupt inept vermin send alleged arrears in someone else name who I never heard of and their unique reference number. Apparently its admin erroe BOLLOCKS!

  30. Plymouth have already had 2 CSA staff jailed for fraud in the last year. Alice is a supervisor/manager there slightly compromises the intentions of him now in my humble opinion.

  44. Every Child Support Agency worker from Plymouth who has been involved with my case at Plymouth who are responsible for a lot of damage to me are going to be exposed. Their names Mark King, Gary Chick, Sue Waldron, Ian Parker, Jim Creber, Julian Parnall those are but a few I am going to be providing their residential addresses and their photos. They thought it ok to fuck me over so I think it is ok to expose the scum.
