When will the CSA get back to me?
I have been waiting since September 2008 to hear about my claim. To date i have contacted the CSA well over 50 times and am no further forward. I have been told on numerous occassions that my case is going clerical, whatever this means as nobody will explain? I still do not have a case worker. I still have had no money. What is going on as nobody has the answers?
My daughter is now 14 by the time this is sorted out we will not be entitled to anything. I am a hard worker citizen who has never had a penny from my ex partner and now that i pay for an education for my daughter and require what i am owed i cannot get it as the whole system that has apparently been set up to help is failing myself and my child.
I want some answers when will my claim be addressed? When will i receive a case worker? How much money will i receive? Are you going to compensate me and my daughter for our loss? Are you going to compensate me for the hours of worry due to the fact that my ex partner is violent and has threatned to kill me to one of your employees?
The longer this goes on the harder it is emotionally for myself and my daughter, i managed to get the courage up to ask for what i am owed and you are failing me and potentially enlighting the violence again. I need some answers.
PLEASE HELP!

i’ve been waiting too although not as long and arrears now 5k and still going. Write to them with a formal complaint-which they’ll ignore but do anyway and keep copies, ask your mp for help and write to the commisioner of csa-stephen geraghty, room 603, stockley house, 130-134 wilton rd, london, sw1v 1lq. Thats what i’m trying. Fingers crossed for kids sake as i’m sick of saying no to my son when he wants to go to cinema or get latest trainers.
