One night stand cost me dear
Here is my situation in a nutshell. Last year I had a one night stand with a woman who resides out of state. The morning after we had sex I drove her to a local pharmacy and purchased the “morning after pill”. I watched her swallow the pill with water in my car. I was with her for approximately 6 hours afterwards and didn’t see her vomit.
I am in California and she is in Florida. She emails me 3 weeks after our encounter and said I was possibly the father. She was not certain because she had sex with another man 2 weeks prior to meeting me. She later calls me and we have a phone conversation about her visit to the doctor’s office. Based on the opinion of the doctor she believes that the child is mine. I have never admitted to this child being mine in writing or orally.
I have not been in contact with this woman via email or phone since she stated she was going to have an abortion. Several months later I get an email from her stating she had the baby. She has emailed me several times stating she is going get paternity and request child support. She does not know where I live. She doesn’t know my name. She only has my email address and cell number. I am also a traveler living and working abroad several months out of the year.
What are the odds of her finding me and getting an enforcement letter for child support? Any suggestions or ideas based on your expert opinion would be greatly appreciated.

She doesn’t know for sure if the child is yours. U can do DNA test. Wouldn’t be that easier if u knew that u not paying the money to smbdy else’s child in case if csa find you. Although if your email isn’t consists of your name and surname, then it would be hard to find you. But if she has your phone number and you on contract, csa might find you.
If she has your email address she probably can track you ip address, and if you’ve ever used that email for anything else (like facebook) it can be tracked to that too. I’ve found somebody with just an email before. It was easy. Just man up and face the consequences of your actions instead of hiding like a little girl. If she had the baby she has the right to go after child support, no matter what the situation is. But the good news is that you got a baby instead of aids. Congrats.
