My son has skin problems so the CSA should keep paying for him
I’ve been reciving regular child maintenance for my son Daniel Patryk Bunting DOB 7/11/1993 from his dad Dominic Bunting for the past 16 years due to a court order, however my son stop going to his dad for the weekends since he was 9years old. He has not seen his dad for the past 4 years. I’ve never ask CSA to review my case as i didnt know if this would any difference to CSA payments. My son is now 19 years old and in full time non advance education until next summer 2013 i am getting child benefit for Daniel and that will continue until Daniel finish his college.
I’ve recived letter from CSA saying that My child maintenance case was closed on 5/11/2012 because Daniel is 19 years old, Daniel has dietry erquirements and skin problems so i think this CSA payments should carry on until Daniel finish his college course and goes to Uni, unfortunately i can’t speak to his dad. I would like you to contact Dominic Bunting and ask him for further payments.
Thank you very much.

Alice again you avoid the key questions.
When the CSA break the law re; Human rights you still progress cases?
Making NRP’s prove their innocence in cases, contrary to LAW?
How do you do this?”
The answer is simple really, most people don’t have the funds to fight this disgusting organisation while ‘they’ rely on tax payers money to continue to flout the law wherever they can. As you can see by the Karoonian case the csa can be beaten if you can afford it. Maybe if some rich single parents chipped in and funded all of our cases we could close this ponzi scheme down, how about it mr geldof?
I response to your question regarding the high number of complaints – I do not have the statistics, but I would say it is likely that if you compared the number of complaints cases against the overall number of cases on the CSA’s books the %age would be low. Obviously forums such as this would suggest that the %age of complaints cases would be very high, however it’s very rare that satisfied clients (of any service, product, company – not just CSA) come onto a site such as this to post about the satisfactory service they have received, people use sites such as these to vent their frustration, anger, disappointment regularly.
So how would you explain the year long waiting list at ICE and then the Ombudsman. a 2 year fight to overturn illegally made decisions on someones life.
That Alice is time you never get back.
To chall
Thank you for pointing me to the link where you posted my reply along with the link for defining “gonk” lol….your sarcasm has no boundaries does it and did you know it’s the lowest form of wit.
You really are a waste of space and a total tit. I read nothing …nothing at all referencing your moral views regarding what’s fair when a father is being assessed.
You really belong along side Alice.
Stuart echos my anger at people like you and her/him….read his comments to alice and see I am not the only one on this site that believes its not in your interst or hers to give out views that go against the csa grain…here’s a ref from Stuart….” why do Alice and yourself not offer links and access to literature rather than state rules is rules..it’s tough..get on with it.
I don’t have your big words chall but have you summed up and glad that I am not the only person that sees your input here as pretty much useless.
By the way…what’s “chall” stand for ? Is this an alias you hide behind like me ?
Now I’m not going to become a stalker like yourself and so have no intention of bothering you again if you respond to this ? I have you summed up now and realise you are on the csa side of the fence and a PWC and therefore not robbed each month….you ain’t worth replying to anymore and suggest as J suggested about Alice ….take what you say like a pinch of salt

@ Gonk… we are both wasting our time lol I am still waiting for Alice to provide me with reasonable/constructive feedback on some points I have made… nothing nasty, just a rational response to a real life situation that could be made so much better if CSA staff had the inclination to help.
@ Alice (again lol lol) – re your statement from 29th December 2012 to stuart…
“I response to your question regarding the high number of complaints – I do not have the statistics, but I would say it is likely that if you compared the number of complaints cases against the overall number of cases on the CSA’s books the %age would be low. Just like the other CSA staff you don’t have the facts (statistics in this example) but you will give us your ‘CSA’ opinion anyway….. so based on ‘your opinion’ (statistically speaking lol)…. i’d suggest that the number of complaints that escallate to suicide is much higher when dealing with the CSA than it is for “any service, product, company” as you state above… people kill themselves because they cannot see a way out from the hell you people at the CSA put them in….
Only just come across this story/comments. Can’t believe I missed it. Enjoyed reading every comment.
Like Stuart I have nothing to hide so happy to put my name. I was always compliant and the CSA walked all over me. They can only push me so much further…..
Gonk,
Feel free to take what follows with a pinch of salt also…
Personally (can’t talk for anybody else), neither yours or anybody elses circumstances makes any difference to my own life. Yet you appear daft enough to think Im wasting my time helping others get their cases sorted out with the CSA because I think its is all singing and dancing.
I certainly can not change the leglislation, but at least I am do positive by offering help to others – which they either accept or ignore, their choice.
Perhaps, rather than wasting your time slating others or being unsatisfied with their efforts, you could put your own time to better use, after all your case isn’t so great is it, it’s the CSA you should be fighting, not me!
If your case gets re opened on CS3, as an NRP you will pay extra for the service, on top of your CS – fancy wasting time leading up to it without trying to get it changed, I assume you will moan about it when it happens?!
