My ex’s parents are getting away with murder

Hi, my ex husbands employer is his parents and they are never on time with payments through csa!!!!!!!

This month payment is yet again late and even though it should of been paid into csa by 27/08/13 csa now need to open up yet another case to chase money sooo fed up now they seem to be letting my ex inlaws get away with murder.

I really don’t know what else to do it driving me crazy as kid grow and need new shoes and u inform for school but my ex doesn’t seem to care now he has his new baby and wife……….what else can I do?

  1. Omg the actual arrogance of u Phil is beyond beflief. What about the children? Just cos u clearly don’t give a shit about urs does not mean that everyone should live down to ur standards.

    Ask the csa to send the ur case to criminal compliance. If ur ex is set up on a deduction from earnings, try r legally bound to deduct te payments and send ten to the csa. If they don’t, they r breaking the law and can be fined. Good luck 🙂

    You see and expect a child as being a way of getting an income. You women get all the benefits and help under the sun plus cm at an unfair unjust rate. Wtf help does the father get ?? Sweet fuck all. And I forgot to add some of you women have the added bonus of a working partner bringing in an income,but the ex still bled for the same amount of money. So I suggest you do some reading and research into how the honest hard working father is treated by the CSA before you start spouting your mouth off

    I’m 1 of 8 brothers and have 2 sisters. My mum had only an income coming from my dad who worked hard the 1 job…..that’s struggling, so don’t expect any sympathy from me because you have only 2 boys to brings up big deal.
    You ain’t got a clue what it was really like in the old days of bringing up kids, hand me down clothes,waiting for my dad to come home on a fri eve with the wages, sat in darkness cause my mum had no money to put in the electric, us kids hungry after school cause she has no food in the cupboard.
    You women today have it easy in comparison. It’s become a sickness now where you expect maintenance as a source of income,you use the kids and the old ” it takes 2 to make a baby” bollocks as an excuse to milk the ex dry. It takes 2 ok but where’s the contribution from so many pwc come from when they live on benefits……zero…take take and take.

    READ the full picture and many stories on here about how the CSA scum treat fathers and how so many pwc use the system to benefit themselfs and as a weapon along with the kids to grind down an ex.

  10. The CSA are absolutely useless and they will not help you if it involves them doing any actual work…

    The CSA staff are driven by bonuses and not the needs of a child, they are not the least bit interested in the child and whether it has shoes on its feet or food on the table…

    The CSA never help decent mothers or fathers… it only helps greedy mothers who have a vendetta against their ex (and use the kids and money to get at him) and absent fathers who have no intention of paying anything for their kids and will do all they can to avoid paying… the whole system should be abolished!!

  11. Every now and again we receive a request from the CSA for information regarding one of our employees and i have always been under the impression that we can’t refuse to provide it. I have now been challenged about this, and been told that under the Data Protection Act we can refuse to supply this information unless the employee agrees to it. … I have looked on the CSA website and it definitely says that we have to provide any information and when i pointed this out i was told ‘well they would say that’! Does anyone else agree with me or do i have to ask the employee for their permission before i disclose any personal information about them? Surely that would defeat the object as they could say no because they don’t want to pay anything! I thought the CSA was a government body, and like HMRC, the police, courts, could request this information and it fell outside Data Protection laws. If anyone can point me to a website other than the CSA that will give me a definite answer, i would be very grateful Answer The CSA are informing payroll departments that it is law that Employers must pass on employees income details, and if they don’t then employers can be fined up to £1000. We cannot stress this enough that this is NOT a law, it is only Statutory Legislation which only becomes a law if you consent to it. Having done thorough research which we had backed up by two leading solicitors it can now be confirmed that no employer can be fined by the CSA or the Courts. Giving out your employees details to such corporations such as the CSA, Councils and the courts could lead to you being prosecuted by your employee for giving out their personal information without their consent. If any employer receives a Deduction of Earnings Order you should refrain from paying out any monies unless the employee consents to it or the CSA have provided you with hardened evidence that the employee is the liable person. This should be by way of proof by DNA test results or by written confirmation by your employee that he agrees they are the parent. Employers should note that a copy of a birth certificate is NOT proof that anybody is the parent of any child, as the Birth Certificate cannot prove identity of anybody, and it clearly states on birth certificates that they are not to be used for identification purposes. The Birth certificate is a Legal Fiction only, it is Not and we repeat NOT the human being. This is how the government trick the human being into being linked to the Birth Certificate so that the powers to be can then control that human, far fetched it may sound, but it is true, why do you think when you go to court or you are stopped by the police, one of the first things they ask you to do is confirm who you are. We are not names we are human flesh and blood beings that were born freely into this land to come and go as we please, so long as we cause no loss or harm to anybody, do not take another life or commit fraud within a contract, then the powers to be, or corporations as we now know them, have no lawful jurisdiction over us what so ever, we have only been conned over the decades to think they have. If you get a jobsworth at the CSA/CMEC contacting you demanding names of employees and how much their income is, or wanting you to fax over information to them, just ask them to prove the Child Support Act is a law. Do inform them that it is only Statutory Legislation, as is any other act of Parliament, it is an act only, or a game as some of look at it now. If it was a law do you not think they would call it Child Support law, or Road Traffic Law or any other law, we can confirm it is legislation only. If you want to confirm what we are saying is true then take a look at the Blacks Law Dictionary edition 8, you will see it states “Stautory Legislation; a legislative rule of society given the force of a law by consent of the governed” In other words it means they have to have our consent in order for them to be able to control us.     I have had a claim against my ex husband through the CSA and I will do anything I can to nail his balls to the ground.

    I advise all PWC’s to lie as much as possible to the CSA when making your claim so you can get the most you can out of him, why should he have food on the table and be able to eat…screw the bastard down, starve the fuckers.

  29. @Gonk. I recently recommended to my M.P. that a ‘whistleblower’ hotline be set up for CSA employees. I also asked for a non resident parent to be appointed to the House of Lords.

    NHS staff mistreat patients, and cause a national scandal.They put a ‘whistleblower’ hotline in.

    A crime or murder is committed that causes public outrage and a relative is appointed to the House of Lords.

    My point being that non resident parents are being demonised, criminalised and screwed. So, it’s okay if we get screwed by an incompetent grade one office clerk.

    It took the ‘Hillsborough’ families over 20 years to get justice, because they were lied to by the Government, the police and others. that’s why all of us must never forget the way that we have been treated, and when it’s our turn to expose the wrong doings of the CSA, then it will be about holding people to account, and taking the CSA and the government to the cleaners with mega compensation claims.

    Then it will be about the money!

Ultimately fueled by the “If I can’t have you then I will make sure no one else can have you”.     You sound like my husbands ex who I can’t even pity and truthfully find it quite stalkerish that she still thinks she can try to upset his life after 20+ years divorced….I feel for her new husband for putting up with it….but then again he has the joy of living in my husbands old home which he left her when they split!

    @ Emma Preston, I believe you were the person that started this particular thread, it maybe best to check if the employer is or has been late making payments or whether the CSA have actually been mislaying the payments within the system (yes this does happen).

    My wife left me after just 9 months of marriage, I was loving caring husband who gave my family all I could,I never was unfaithful,I never verbally or physically abused her. I spent a fortune on her and the house to get it right for her happiness.
    then after 9 months married I discover her cyberwhoring with some german, she had planned to meet him in Bath and despite my begging on my knees to her, she still went and left her husband baby sitting our 3 yr old, I even gave her £200 to go as she had no money,what a fool I was but I loved her,she swore she would not sleep with him but she did, my family and friends told me I was an idiot to let her go but my reply was how would they had stopped their woman going ? lock her in a room,beat the shit out of her ? neither of those are me. I said you cant control a woman just because you are married to her,shes not anyones property so I let her freely go. Then she begs me to have her back and I did like a fool because all the time she was still texting and meeting him behind my back,she even asked me to pay for her car repair whilst cheating still behind my back. She went to stay at her friends for a wk end convincing me her fool husband, that it was just a girly wk end.
    but I found out that he was going as well.so she was fucking him at her friends house lol. when I found that out she finally dumped me and took my 3 yr old to live with him in Germany..even the german authorties came after me for money for my daughter because her useless mother was claiming benefits there.
    my point is I don’t have an axe to grind with all women just because of the skank I married. I have ALWAYS had an axe to grind with the csa that screw me for a child that was taken away from me,they treat us like criminals. Not all men are as you tar us, some of us are victims and its a bitter pill to swallow when you are forced to pay for the privilege. So I recented you for calling me a lowlife scumbag, I don’t deserve that. I am a normal guy who hates the csa because of the way it operates and the attitude of a lot of women like yourself towards us.
