Happy to go to prison to avoid CSA

Well been to court yet again with the csa since last time. They ajourned 3 times and finally issued a suspended 42day sentence. Still paying £50 per month.

Clever little trick they use. first time in court u can use duty solicitor after that u can’t you have to use ur own and pay so by dragging it along they know most wont pay for a solicitor. But nether the less they didnt get anymore money.

The suspended sentence was more my doing cos i was dicking them around on payments even at £50 and being late for court…why?…cos i can and hate being compliant to these corrupt fools.

So in 3 years when this liability is paid i have the same routine for an £11,000 one but thats worth doing the 6 weeks prison time for cos u cant get prison twice for same thing and all they can do is try to hassle me. Just keep my monies nicely stored elsewhere…

One tip dont trust there lawyers they play games big time, playing nice sometimes then threatening with prison the next…i was prepared to go to jail so threats didnt work….whats 6 weeks with a playstation and a nice duvet and pool table…..a holiday really….even the court clerk was an arse…

The csa doesnt help your kids it helps the state recuperate benefits most of the time…

  1. Why is he/she a dickhead! Do you know their FULL circumstances? All you have here is a clip of information. How can you base your comment on that!!

  2. You haven't mentioned anything about the care of your child/children hardly surprising that you'd get the above comment – saying that the csa will lure you into saying "so you are not willing to pay??" on the phone – this is their cue to acquire the evidence that you are NOT willing to pay anything – this is their legal angle.. don't give them it – you are willing to pay a sensible and fair amount whilst allowing you to live your life with some dignity.. sadly the csa couldn't care less whether you do or don't it's a form of taxation and anyone who thinks otherwise is deluded.

  3. Utter avoidance in paying maintenance…'Just keep my monies nicely stored elsewhere…' sorry am i reading that wrong then?! In the past 20+ years 22 parents have gone to prison for non compliance so what really are the chances. If i did…n't know any better i'd swear blind this writer is my ex husband owing £42,000, not paying maintenance and clearing his debt at £100p/m taking 51 years to clear and Sharons right the state doesn't get the money!By this writer being an arrogant arse what exactly is the knock on effect for there child/ren…i would tell you as mine have been held to ransom for the past 14 years and with the debt being cleared when they are 67 &69 years old. i would type away a full list but i would get RSI listing it!

  4. and just to add there isn't ANY legislation in place to make an absent parent pay maintenance…FACT!

  5. £42,000 I don't know whether to laugh or cry – laugh at the stupidity of even trying to extort that amount out of your ex in order to act in the best interest of the child.. the whole system is a joke and should be binned – with bitter n twisteds having to go to court or settle between themselves like sensible adults.

  6. If there isn't any legislation in place to make an "absent" parent pay maintenance how do they manage to do so? and the term absent parent is offensive to fathers like me who are NEVER absent from our childrens lives and vica versa..

  7. I have to say that I am in the pro Lisa camp. She has been too hasty to call the poster a dickhead – she does not have the evidence. However, it is NOT big or clever to avoid meeting an obligation to pay for your child(ren). If you were there thenm you would have to.Yes, certainly arrange your finances in a way that gives you dignity of life, and in this respect I agree with Phil – CSA is an obligation that you have TO A GOVERNMENT AGENCY, so treat it as you would tax.

  8. who ever says the state dont take anything thats why i have been told i have to pay the state is it. to be honest none of you or i know the truth about wot they can do or not do so stop slagging each other of til you get the true facts

  9. That is why Lisa is calling her NRP an absent parent..because it is generally the truly absent ones who manage to pull a fast one and never pay maintenance.

  10. Sharon. U r wrong. Only in new CMEC cases, does the money go 2 the mother and children. Don't let them mislead u just as they have always done! The CSA was set up to specifically to deprive children of their fathers financial support!

  11. £42,000 goes back to 1996! They don't manage to make them pay maintenance Phil if they're self employed they can only enforce debt, don't confuse the two. PAYE as i am sure you are aware have an attachment of earnings, and if you would like me to send you paperwork from ICE, my MP and the CSA showing this fact i am more than happy to do!Jason the writer shouts volumes that he is stashing away his money, he wrote that 'nicely stored elsewhere' i think the phrase was and he says he was 'dicking around' what can i say lol lol!

  12. My ex get's bugger all from what she tells me, and as for not getting "them" to pay well i'm self employed and I have to pay and have managed to reduce my made up £18,800 debt down to almost £6k (and I was paying before "arrears" were mentioned) common sense and a "reasonable" solution drawn up by two people gets drowned by the incompetent, conflict causing beaurocratic garbage created by civil servants who are so far removed from the realities of life in UK Ltd.. as for your ex "owing" you £42,000 I couldn't cae less when it goes back to – the reality is that one of you has the kids, often the house too and the other misses out on the experience of the joys of parenting having to find a new home, new life but is still expected to pay often unreasonable amounts whilst rebuilding from a broken relationship and kids he (as often is the case) misses terribly, often with a "arrears" tax to boot.. I couldn't give a stuff about fault either – having one parent bankrupted, accounts checked by the CSA, life investigated etc is just too much – this is why 60 odd men are now dead and thousands left ruined.. how about writing off this mickey mouse figure of £42k and starting anew with some realistic amount and a focus on real parenting and not this crap. As I said I am of the view this is about taxation and nothing less – which is why if we all switched on we could change this for the good of all… it suits beaurocrats and civil servants to have this system in place – it keeps thousands in jobs (that shouldn't exist) – phew I feel a walk around the block is in order… then I may make another payment to the CSA for Febs payment (nice to be in front for a change) cheers

  13. It sounds to me like there is a lot more to this storey than the short post, and when i see him refer to the CSA as "these corrupt fools" then i would assume he has had quite a lot of dealings with them.If i could i would not give them a penny, i'd give it to my kid's and not the CSA so for that reason i dont think calling him a DICKHEAD was called for.If the poster reads this please give more details to defend yourself or you maybe hated by PWC & NRP alike.

  14. Well the CSA have just threatened me with having to pay a sum of money, this amount is higher than my liability. I have spoken to the ex and suprise suprise, the amount she is to receive is not only not what they are asking me for but LESS than my true liability! If the CSA are to get a penny off me then I will make sure that EVERY single penny goes to my son!

  15. Indeed, there are still 'state cases' where the secretary of state gets most, if not all, the money..of course that is a bit of a grey area as the NRP will be paying a gret deal towards PWCs benefits. It is also worth mentioning (again) that there are still almost 800,000 clients still on old rules.

  16. £42,000 is due to hearings proving beyond reasonable doubt that he owes it based on his lifestyle that he had every opportunity (and didn't!) to refute!Write it off….YEH alright, I'll fully finance the children for 14 years and he only ne…eds to both for 4 years, wow that does seem fare! Ohhhh and his choice to miss out on the experience of being a Father, he must be the only man i know who takes his ex wife to court to see LESS of his children…lol lol get the house, it's part rent part buy and he fully facilitated himself in getting another mortgage using his CSA money over two years as his deposit.YEP lorraine i am one of those 800,000 still on the old systemSee more, and Phil sorry if the word ABSENT offends you, Lorraine has worded it quite rightly personally i think the phrase sperm donor sums 'it' up better : (

  17. Yeah! Lauren. When you have been treated as badly as I have been by the CSA. YES they are scum. Here endeth the lesson!

  18. £42,000 I mean come on … how would you feel??? and don't give me the i'd have stood by my child and all that mallarky.. I did and still got nailed just like so many others – what WE the men who do give a toss want is fairness, school reports without having to threaten the school with the LEA, uninterupted time WITH OUR KIDS without the head messing garbage from a bitter former partner and a father child relationship without being permitted to do so by another beaurocracy called CAFCASS.. I have NO time for so called fathers who don't stand by there children and aren't there for them – if you've brought your kid/s up alone then good for you but to hang your hopes on getting £42k I think is naiive and damaging to you (imo) not expecting you to agree – i'm speaking from a place that let go off anger and frustration and then started enjoying life much more.. only £6600 to go and she will get every penny with a big smile on my face.. cheers

  19. Oh and by giving £6600 I release any hold either she or the CSA have on me.. FREEDOM!! WOOP WOOP.. only took me 14 years..! haha.. pennance over . . . not long to go and they can kiss my rear.. my son is17 .

  20. This site is getting pathetic now, its suppose to be set up to support each other and give guidence, its full of tossers who hate woman !!!

  21. This gets to the hub of the problem. NRP's are victimised for how much they earn and not how much it costs to bring up a child,Further victimised as they are normal payers of TAX and NI. So Benefits skanks abuse the system. I currently pay £700 per month to a low life scuzz I made the mistake of impregnating 20 years ago. My Son NOW LIVES WITH ME AND HAS NO CONTACT with His alcoholic MUM but because I am an easy target and they just keep inventing arrears to hit targets. The money she had off me in all those years that the lice at the CSA refuse to even contemplate THE FUCKING CSA LICE not fit to be spat upon.

  22. Here here Jayne over the past few months I've noticed that too….funny isn't it, I wonder what comments would have been if a woman said I walked out on my husband to live with my new fella and Bollocks if I'm paying I'll duck n dive bob and weave and make sure when they're 18 they will get there money directly I'm not paying him to go down the pub and away on golf trips but I want half the house when the youngest child reaches 18…that is the reverse scenerio of everything I read on this site recently **YAWN**

  23. Oh and phil my fight has involved everything you have encompassed too…the LAW states that maintenance is to be paid yet no law to make an absent parent pay, strangely or not we are actually singing from the same song sheet and you sound VERYangry towards your ex as I am towards mine and the government and perhaps just perhaps that if errant parents we made to pay and enforced properly we wouldn't have the single parents we have today like the tosser who at 23 who has spread his seed (daily express on Monday) and has god knows how many kids whilst claiming incap. Ben for a bad back not that bad to shag though was he liitle tossers like that and my ex husband should be enforced properly to pay 14 years of non payment I am not sure that not paying your tax on self assessment would EVER be met with the same leniency!

  24. As far as I understand it, regardless of whether you go to prison or not, the debt still remains and the legal action starts over again. Its like any other debt and remains regardless of how old the kids are, so even if they are 30 this guy will still have his old debt to pay, I'm sure I was told that- does anyone know the rule on this? This person will no only alienate their children but they will also make themselves unemployable if they are prepared to keep going to court and being sent to prison. This is another candidate for the Jeremy Kyle show.

  25. Maxine, what you have stated is fact – it is still a debt even after a prison term has been served.

  26. im in the same boat put in prison i dont care aleast it will be a roof over my head instead of paying a dead beat mum to bring up our girls i am the worker aka the bread winner so why should we pay for someone else to look after the children thanks to the cunts at the csa hasting mr clive gerard lied for his bonus on a princable he has never proven .all i here is oh hes not paying surrport for his kids but wait 99 percent for mothers refuse access dont fucking work .but want the money . let put the mothers who refuse access in prison for refuseing access .refuseing to work wankers at the csa is not child surport it a fucking fathers tax the funny thing about it all is 1. the csa dont go after the mothers to make sure they are suporting the children and donot imprison them because it not good for the children but it ok to prison a father for not paying the father taxvoidsthe crbwhich mean crinmal recorded then comes no job the bitter xwife uses crim record against father to delcine access father goes on dole and brand like cattle as a dead beat dads hold you fuckers done this to me.while you work the csa do what the fuck they like and dont care about human rights.honesty and fairsness they only way they will listen is to elmnate all the threat they have over you and when they cant do nothing then you can state your case it made up debt in your name .its unlawful

  27. Debtors prisons were abolished in the mid 19th century.

Thanks to the CSA they are back …….

  28. Okay Martin first of all, please refrain from using language like that, we don't want to hear it. Secondly, try to think about the costs you would incur if you looked after the kids – if you had a mortgage you would need to buy a house with an extra room/two rooms which would cost you more. If you had a work ethic you may need to put them into kids clubs as most school hours don't fit into work hours – mine are roughly £350 a month. Kids grow quick and I can tell you from experience that school jumpers, polo shirts, skirts, trousers, tights, shoes and trainers all need replacing fairly frequently – especially the shoes which don't seem to last more than 6 months – this all costs money – you can get cheap shoes but they get scuffed within days so you need leather ones which will last and they can be £30 upwards. Why don't you ask your ex politely to go through her costs with you so that you can see what the kids cost and I would say the fair way of doing it would be that you both split it down the middle and have a direct arrangement.

  29. after todays convo with the CSA all those who refuse to pay you aren't expected to pay the debt off within 2 years it's just a 'guide'…and apparently if you say you haven't got any money to pay just say you can't meet the payments and they will accept that – quote from ANGELA in ENFORCEMENT @ Hastings!

  30. Nobody in Hastings seem to have a clue what they are doing, I have to tell THEM the law. Muppets is to kind a word to call these people.

  31. It is just a 'guide'..not law! however if you are PAYE and already on a DOE you can kiss goodbye to any negotiatons..your debt WILL be paid off in 2 years, regardless of hardship. Not to mention the fact that if arrears are owed to secretary of state..hmmmm…

  32. Sorry i'm not wrong. It was changed last year. All of the money goes 2 the parent with care.

  33. That's why I won't co-operate as the use of FORCE will only make me more hostile. They have served a DOE on me after agreeing to cheque payments. I trust not a word uttered from any of their mouths. If only they would try to be reasonable then people might co-operate but alas I fear that day will never come!

  34. Hilarious? As an onlooker it is but as someone subject to their will then it most certainly isn't!!!

  35. Sharon, whilst I believe that is in theory correct, for many it doesn't seem to be the reality!

  36. Hilarious in a 'have to laugh or I will cry' way, yes!!Sharon, are you sure the rules have changed for all systems?

  37. The rules have changed for all systems. The reality however seems to not be following that.

  38. Now isnt it funny th women who comment about men being women haters????Yes… its the obnoxious novel writer myself for those PWC's who are in need of more than they are entitled…Blimey… if it costs £350 per month to keep one child clothed warm and fed…. Big spenders who have no idea on how to budget…. Leather shoes are as little as £5 to £10 cheapest… try wynsors… school clothes… try george and Tesco's… General clothing try Primark… Wow… all these PWC's really do make it in tax free money…Tax for being a man is evidently the truth…..Placing money elsewhere??? absolutely…. did any PWC choose to question if this retained money is being saved up so that the children involved will benefit???? or does the PWC always expect to benefit….I'd like to see what percentage of recieved child maintenance is actually used for provisions for child rather than personal retail therapy!!!!PWC's constantly go on with their hatred to NRP's as soon as they see any figure above 3 digits and demand!!!!Why??? anyone else seen the high percentage ratio of females compared to males out shopping????!!!!!Spend spend spend at the expense of RP and children involved!!!!PWC… rant RANT RANT!!!!!! AND WHAT IS IT THEY RANT ABOUT???money MONEY money!!!!! greed is the leading desire for money!!!I agree… stash the money… prevent PWC's maintaining their retail therapy and let the children benefit…PWC man hating sows!!!!!!! If you could just concentrate on bringing up the children as much as you demand moneys… maybe NRP's will find heart to actually help you in times of difficulty!!!! Meanwhile…. NRP's/ Fathers will continue to provide for child without such arrogant accusations… without withholding child and NRP contact… allow the children to benefit…PWC's are hellbent on revenge against NRP… fact!!!!About time PWC's had a little compassion… I wouldnt be surprised that most PWC's are PWC's who forced the NRP to depart in the first place with the knowledge they would benefit of tax free incomes on top of their own incomes!!!!Expecting money to support the child is a joke as it's generally used by PWC on retail therapy… how bout allowing RP's to make provisions… CSA prevents NRP's the ability to be fathers to their children…PWC's control NRP's life by demand of money!!!!! its clearly an issue of financial control over NRP!!!!No bitch controls my money… I do… I provide for my child financially as I choose to buy him clothing and footwear with inclusion of shared care… I send xmas and b/day cards and donations to the children I dont getto see… why do I not see them some PWC's may ask…. PWC always prefers to argue rather than communicate in an acceptable manner for the children to witness…..PWC's are the bitter parents… why else the need to DEMAND rather than request!!!!!!!!!!!
