Happy to go to prison to avoid CSA

Well been to court yet again with the csa since last time. They ajourned 3 times and finally issued a suspended 42day sentence. Still paying £50 per month.
Clever little trick they use. first time in court u can use duty solicitor after that u can’t you have to use ur own and pay so by dragging it along they know most wont pay for a solicitor. But nether the less they didnt get anymore money.
The suspended sentence was more my doing cos i was dicking them around on payments even at £50 and being late for court…why?…cos i can and hate being compliant to these corrupt fools.
So in 3 years when this liability is paid i have the same routine for an £11,000 one but thats worth doing the 6 weeks prison time for cos u cant get prison twice for same thing and all they can do is try to hassle me. Just keep my monies nicely stored elsewhere…
One tip dont trust there lawyers they play games big time,playing nice sometimes then threatening with prison the next…i was prepared to go to jail so threats didnt work….whats 6 weeks with a playstation and a nice duvet and pool table…..a holiday really….even the court clerk was an arse…
The csa doesnt help your kids it helps the state recuperate benefits most of the time…

i'm positive they've changed. you used to only be able to keep the first 20 pound but know you keep whatever is paid. it's because the moneys supposed to be for the children.ring your local lone parent advisor and ask them about it xx
haha interesting stuff – once upon a time I was bitter towards my ex Lisa, – can hardly be blamed (too many reasons and I don't wish to spend any longer than I have to thinking about it) I am pretty indifferent towards her – I'm VERY angry that this country treats its own citizens the way it does.. the CSA cost me thousands and thousands of £ in bad advice, to be fair tho they did send me a cheque for £50 which I framed.. but having sold my property to get them off my case etc found myself out of the property boom.. nevertheless… I focussed all my energies on being a dad.. simple and punching the lights out the bags at the gym lol… so I try to chill as I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel – I genuinly feel sympathy for anyone on the old system – (which I am on) this is not about men who hate women or women hating men but frustrated peoples blaming the others in the party.. anything that involves kids, money is always bound to get er.. emotional.. on that I'm off for a curly wurly and cuppa tea.. cheers.. oh and one other thing.. the CSA are a limited company aren't they? which means PROFIT for stakeholders. (that's not you or I..)
Oh and I was told my "debt" had to be repaid within 12 months or I'd go to prison.. had I not known that it wasnt true I would have worked myself up into a right state as I had previously… I'd shut this organisation down immediately and get warring couples in front of a magistrate to agree several matters including visiting rights, agreed behaviours, maintenance and support for both people – if we can get it right at this highly volatile stage the child has every chance of growing up balanced and understanding without being affected by the bitterness that usually follows the CSA's involvement and slow torture of one parent by brown envelope..
Well said Phil! The CSA must be shut down and all money taken by it that has not been handed over to our children MUST be returned. And, if the CSA won't return it, then the Inland Revenue must!

Phil apparently we were assigned caseworkers on our case (I've had 14) and now our cases are sporadically looked at…in other words 'ignored' yet yesterday I was told that they don't exist and today a friend said 'my case worker says…'

Still I support the original poster and disagree with opening comment as judgement has been made without collection to the facts of the possibilities!!!!!!!!!!Assess all possibilities prior to making judgements on solid evidence….Its like a witch hunt…. only at the NRP rather than witches!!!oh well….. such negative minds will inflict their own negativity in due time…. lonely…. not feeling desired!!!! If you have to go to court with anything to do with the CSA make sure you point out the charges are aimed at the LEGAL FICTION i.e MR JOHN SMITH (all caps) not you the flesh and blood human being i.e John. They can only act against the fiction.
Also if you have to appear in court don’t use a solicitor as they are loyal only to the crown not you.
if it costs £350 per month to keep one child clot…hed warm and fed…. etc. Then surely this is what one should get in benefits for each child ??

Main point is that the STATE wants to take say £100 per week from me unfairly. I say ***** U' send me to prison , where it will cost the state £1000 per week to keep ME. I WIN. Got sod all else left to loose anyway.
PWC (the mother) don't understand why the father would seem to self destruct and accept being labled 'dead beat dad' Cuz there's a stronger forcing factor there. I'm sure the mother didn't originally select the father to father because he is the type to roll ova and play dead ???The children carry half the fathers genes!! watch out girls 🙂
problem is, the debt's still there when u get out but yes… it'll cost the state more… and how does thePWC benefit… well I wouldnt care bout that… I prefer that an arrangement be set for the child to benefit… not the PWC….lol
Its the PWC's who keep the CSA staff in employment… if they all closed their cases tomorrow,, the CSA would be stuffed…. then no more CSA to abuse our children and NRP's
The state set up the CSA so that the state can get out of paying single mothers benefits and transfer all responsibility to the father. Nothing to do with the care of children. However it sounds a reasonable idea initially. but it's not because the state heavily penalises an abcent father into paying up to 3 times what would ahve been payed in benefits AND has to pay the costs of an 'unfit for purpose' system as well.
