Fathers who killed themselves because of the CSA

This video is harrowing. It features a list of fathers who have committed suicide after being hounded by the child support agency. The deaths of these men are on the hands of the CSA and the government, and the children they have left behind must now live without their fathers in their lives.

This terrible waste of life is continuing today, and will go on until the child support agency are held accountable for their actions.

There stunt was to keep things in limbo and suddenly come up with an assessment and thousands in arrears. They defied a court ruling in my favour on the 23rd May 1995 and my MP Tony Benn could not get them to be law abiding. My son is now 23 and I emigrated to Eire in 2006.

  14. [..YouTube..] This video made me cry. They came after me in 2005 telling me I owed them over £2000. At the time I was a barman earning £150 per week after tax. I was missed most of the first 18 months of my daughters life while at the same time battling through the courts for access. 29 contact orders later I now have my daughter 3 weekends out of 4. I’m sure they will be back one day and my name might appear in videos like this

I have nothing because i pay more csa than i need to. I merely exist so my daughter can have better life.   19. [..YouTube..] CSAhell, they dont employ snipers, the only people who the CSA cause poverty to are those who don’t pay and then are caught up with later. I have friends who think they can get away with not paying for THEIR kids and then cry like babies when the CSA takes 40% of their net income. I only have to pay a poultry £95 per month but pay £210 privatly, plus have my daughter 3 nights a week where I spend half of my wage on her monthly, i have nothing for myself but i’m happy bacause my daughter does.

    Do you agree that I was forced onto benefits because the CSA wouldn’t change my payments accordingly when I lost all overtime and my wage went down from £450+ to £200?

    Do you agree that they sent me into severe depression because I couldn’t afford my rent, bills etc etc?

  26. 2 as an alternative, let these systems work the men and women to death, as modern day slaves in concentration camps, and remove all chances of having a life ever again. this would increase adult/child suicide, family homicide, child abuduction, teen crimes, and school drop-out rates – writing off the CSA bill. Else, as slaves if they become disabled, then write-off their CSA bill and let the state take care of them, increasing the national debt. SO, MORE KIDS, HIGHER TAXES!!

The government will not have any of this, because they make money off of child support through transaction fees, and if men are providing by ACTUALLY providing, they don’t get paid. They are just a collection agency for parents to use when the other parent wont pay. To say that CSA staff should burn in hell is a bit pathetic, I am sure they are just office workers trying to pay their bills with a wage?

  33. [..YouTube..] The Child Support Agency may have been set up with good intentions but in practice they are a danger. On the 23rd May 1995 Loughborough Magistrates Court ruled in my favour regarding their bogus arrears. On the 28th June 1995 I had custody of my son (aged 10). They refused to accept the judgement of the court and are lawless. Public servants should be sent to prison for abusing their positions.

At the moment the legislation works the opposite way around deny access and get in most cases 100% plus more money.

    What sort of message does that send out to main careers, whom abuse there position and use the child as a cash converter.

[..YouTube..] My message to all non main careers is after being denied access for 15 months, using the family courts, cafcass, pro-contact and the CSA abusing you when you think things cannot get any worse DONT EVER GIVE UP how ever painfull it maybe, talk about it shout about it write about.

    The best way to change the system is to do the below

    email your M.P at write the them, email your complaints to the CSA, Challenge all the CSA decisions, Go to the Prime Ministers webpage and sign up to a petition

  41. – There’s good and bad on both sides of the fence…Its naive to make sweeping generalisations.

    A NRP can be put under financial pressure with the CSA – in some cases to meet the repayment costs for arrears that the CSA have accumulate due to their delays.

    A PWC can also be put under financial pressure, if their ex is non compliant and refuses to pay – The CSA have in the past been very slack with cases that genuinely need their attention.

A person on benefit gets more than i do and i work a full week for the pleasure of the csa. Can i get support? NO! Wake up flashyleo and smell what you are shovelling!

    The politicians and generals just make the obscene rules..it’s the 1000’s of immoral filth that push the pens and tap the keyboards that make the unjust system work..all in the name of blood money to fill their pockets.
    Every time a CSA worker comes to grief it puts a smile on my face…and if they ever managed to grind me down to the point of becoming suicidal i think i’d rather pay them a visit at my local CSA office first.

    yeah fathers should pay towards the upkeep of their child but their should be a limit not a over estimated 40% of the mans wages
