CSA in Australia

G’day,

Just came across your CSA site and I can totally relate to the frustration you Brits have with the CSA, Court systems, etc; I believe the UK CSA was based on the Australian model. Judging by your recordings and letters it seems they also have the same crap criteria in selecting employees.

Been through many issues myself with the CSA and I too record my conversations. The same law that permits the CSA to record conversations allows me to. It is only against the law for third parties to record. (Happy to chat with you about it)

Anyway, I still have issues with the CSA.. check out my blogs and forum posts.. you or others may be subjected to the same treatment one day. Feel free to use what you want.
