CSA hang up on guy facing repossession

In a frightening display of callousness, the child support agency hang up on a guy being wrongfully hit with a DEO for £550, that means he cannot meet his mortgage payments. The woman refuses to speak to him once she realises the call is being recorded and hangs up, regardless of the fact that the man is facing repossession due to a mistake the CSA have ALREADY admitted to.

This phonecall follows on from one previously made into a video, and we’ve been promised a third one in the trilogy.

  13. Something definately needs to be done. Sympathise with all those who are suffering at the hands of the CSA (Corrupt Shambolic Arseholes). In my case they have fabricated figures to justify an arrear and chosen to believe my ex wife who has been cautioned for fraud, has lied to Court Officials and tested positive for cocaine – yet they still choose to believe her over me? Why? I can only assume because that way they get money. To try and tar some of us as fathers who don’t care is wrong (as a few of the comments above have suggested), yes parents should put aside their differences for a child, however a mother on drugs is not going to behave reasonably and in the childs best interest. So what options do I have?. I work, I am therefore unlikely to get Legal Aid, therefore I need to pay more money to fight a Custody battle. Have already done it once and my ex just lied to the Courts and they chose to believe her, Everything I was saying eight years ago is still happening – my daughter was put on the At Risk Register at the end of last year as a result of ex wifes new husband brandishing a knife and guess what Social Services didnt even involve me. Every way I turn I seem to hit incompetance and brick walls, yet my ex doesnt work gets Legal Aid (solicitor and barrister) and both my daughter and myself lose out yet again. Or I just walk away completely like some fathers do as the frustration and stress is just too much. I pay the money for an easier life and pray no harm comes to my daughter. The situation stinks, not just for me but obviously from above for quite a lot of others, Good luck to all of you suffering as a result of these crassly stupid and arrogant clowns. Oh and I forgot to mention my solicitor has destroyed a lot of the paperwork that they were supposed to hold on to for six years, which makes my proving some of the aforementioned even more difficult, as I didnt have copies of all of the paperwork. Think I should write a book on it, maybe one way of getting the money back!!?? 🙁

Another thing about the CSA that not alot of people are aware of is that it’s, “Publically funded” That means, they take a wage from your contributions, so the child doesn’t even GET all the money you pay, (Infact only around 70%) It’s corrupt, wrong and needs to be disbanded not re-administrated like the last time. Thank you, but I’m not going to set myself up as some martyr or hero when I’m not: The bulk of our relationship was spent paying maintenance to his first wife and that was largely what led to the breakdown of our relationship (There was no money left over after paying her so we couldn’t have kids, let alone treat ourselves to some small treat with our hard earned money.)? I just couldn’t see myself being that kind of a burden on another woman especially when the decision to leave was mine.

  39. I had the phone slammed down on me many times because I told them that I was not the biological father to twin girls, my ex had lied to them and recieved money by deception. I couldn’t afford a DNA test, I had a breakdown and was under the mental health team because I wasn’t being listened to. eventually my MP put pressure on the CSA and in turn the CSA contacted my ex and she admitted I was not the Biological father and she didn’t want the biological father contacted. To date the CSA are still refusing to refund me and have ignored my request for compensation. It has taken them five years to go through five internal resolutions, the central sevices director ignored my letter and now it’s the Independant Case Examiners turn. I would love this to get into the press.
