CSA gave me a fake number!

To cut a long story short I made a claim in 2005/6 for my baby (who is now 5) and I kept ringing them at the time but the person dealing with it (Belfast and I live in Devon) was either off sick or not at her nice big, expensive desk. Eventually in 2009 I made another fresh claim and was told I could make a complaint. I made the fresh claim in August 2009 and received my first payment in December 2009 and since January I’ve had two more payments only! I’ve had such a battle with them and when you ring them they talk to you as if your a great inconvenience to them, they also say they’re going to ring back and never do.

I was told that when I had received 3 payments I could claim compensation and should contact them again. After 7 months when I had finally received my 3 payments I rang the number on the top of the letter to be told that number was no longer in use! I was also told I could not contact the Complaints dept and that they could only contact me.

WHAT?

I also email them on the website to ask if the person dealing with my case will ring me and no one ever does. Its all really made me stressed and upset. I’ve never ever come across such a rubbish organisation in my life!
