CSA Falsify Documents

February 13, 2010

Briefly, like most on here, we always paid my hubby’s ex in cash and now CSA are chasing us for thousands in arrears. I asked for a copy of our file dating back to 2006 when it all started. After 6 weeks or so received 200 odd pages of letters sent back and forth all of which I had copies of myself. Nothing prior to 2007 though. Re-requested all prior to 2007 and was told there was nothing….? A few days later got another batch but only copies of copies. Re-re-requested his file and then today received some very interesting copies.

The first one was a letter dated October 07 stating my hubby was to pay his ex DIRECT which proves the CSA knew about the private agreement.

The second was a letter dated Sept 06 sent to our current address. Now that may not seem strange but considering it is my house and I didn’t meet my husband until 9 months after this date says to me something is not quite right! Someone at the CSA has taken it upon themselves to falsify documents to try and prove they sent them to where they thought he was not actually where they did send them. Either that or Mystic Meg works there and she knew we would meet at Butlins the following June…?

I’m only able to laugh because I’m actually beginning to look forward to this tribunal next month. They are so gonna get what’s coming to them…with both barrells! I’m not upset any more…just really pissed off!!!

My advice to all is the same as Chall gave to me…get your file from DPU. It may turn up something that will help.

    Hi Elizabeth

You could please let us know what happens at this tribunal next month? We’d love to know how this turns out and how they try to wriggle out of this one.

    Good luck!

    Hi Elizabeth,

It’s amazing what can turn up….

Is your OH able to take to the tribunal any evidence such old utility bills or/and bank statements from the same or slightly later period to prove his address?

To echo Michael, it would be interesting to hear what they have to say.

    Good luck.

Thanks Michael, I’ll let you know!

Chall, I spoke to a very compliant lady at the DPU who is sending me a list of addresses they have for him and what dates he was supposed to be living there. Thankfully he was on the electoral role at his old address which we can prove.

    Thanks for your support.

    Good luck Elizabeth.

We all need to highlight at every opportunity, and to everyone we can, how the CSA use unhand tactics to frame innocent individuals for the purpose of disguising their incompetency.
