CSA admit ‘administrative error’

The CSA admit in this video, added to YouTube, that they made an administrative error by sending a variations form meant for one guy, to a different address. The outcome was a DEO set up for the wrong amount, a staggering £550.

This amount was far more than the father should have been paying, over £200 more, meaning he couldn’t afford to pay his mortgage.

Marvel as the inept CSA worker squirms at the errors they have made.

  2. [..YouTube..] Hey sorry to hear about this. Its totally shit child support need to sort themselves out. I used to work for them but walked out as i could’nt understand their pathetic excuses.
    What i dnt understand is why the fuck teh uk goverment allow this to happen. The legislation is approved by the courts – its mad and it needs to stop. The system is fuked – god knows which fucker put it in place!
    Good luck all – try and deal with the situation urself between the parents instead of contacting csa. 🙂

    1) A magistrate decides if someone goes to jail
    2) Using capital letters is either bad typing or a weak attempt at “assertiveness”
    3) If being shouted at bothers you, join the RAF.

    1)Have you heard of decent behaviour?
    2)If someone is not reported ie has his debts wiped off a magistrate will NEVER decide to send him to jail
    3)Using capital letters may be used to ephamise
    4)If I joined the armed forces I may expect a level of behaviour-if I joined the civil servicel (who have a CODE of conduct) I expect another level of behavoiur.

That staff member would have just handed victory to every single person currently fighting against the CSA; can you say “PR debacle”? “Millions in lawsuits”? “Ministerial Investigation”?

    Anyway, the CSA *are* child abusers, and so is every single drone who works for them. They’re bacteria; the lowest form of life. They belong in a petri dish, not an office =)

    The point here is that you fail to understand why people who’ve dealt with the CSA sneer at those work for them. You might have been a bona-fide war hero once; the job you’ve taken since destroys any credibility or respect you might have deserved.
