CSA admit ‘administrative error’

The CSA admit in this video, added to YouTube, that they made an administrative error by sending a variations form meant for one guy, to a different address. The outcome was a DEO set up for the wrong amount, a staggering £550.

This amount was far more than the father should have been paying, over £200 more, meaning he couldn’t afford to pay his mortgage.

Marvel as the inept CSA worker squirms at the errors they have made.

They take a contribution just to run themselves. SO, the child doesn’t even recieve the FULL amount of money you contribute toward their upkeep. Whats more corrupt than THAT? This guy Rocks….Totally owned that prick at csa who is part of a system which quite obviously doesnt know its arse from its elbow …..my dealings with the csa is very similar and they have made a huge amount of errors which include wrong address , no returning calls and incorrect financial evaluations which has left me with no money for my own bills or food for weeks ….the csa suck.

  22. Great video CSA are parasites! I got notice of eviction from Romford County Court and the Bailiff C.Bowden which is on the form is NOT! a certified Bailiff never be fooled by these SCUMBAGS! who would try anything illegal.Well done m8 keep them videos coming

  27. You’re right, it’s not difficult to provide the correct information. If you actually paid attention to the video you’d see they HAVE the correct information. They even read it out, yet they STILL sent the documents somewhere else. If you’re going to throw insults around, at least have the decency to know what you’re talking about.

  28. I haven’t worked for CSA for 3 or more years now, but people like you do my head in. You seem to think that the whole world is against you. You do realise every person you speak to is just there earning their wage? They dont give a fuck about you or your personal circumstance. You think any of the low level call handlers care if a letter was sent to you by mistake, or to the wrong address? You’re just being a cunt in their shift, nothing more. Your name is forgotten as soon as the call is ended.

  29. Csa is basically the governments tax on ejaculation. I know of people who pay the CSa but the child doesnt benefit, the money is kept by the goverment and probably used for mps expenses and second homes. And then many fathers give up their jobs and go on benefits so that doesnt work in milking more money from men.

  32. Superb. Nice one Darren. Seemss to me that everytime I speak to them, its a Janice i speak to. One phoned them and asked to speak to a supervisor, then then put me on hold….to which they didnt! I heard in the background, ‘we got one of those dads on the phone, who wants to play supervisor’? Needless to say they were quite embarrassed when I mentioned this and suddenly the phone went dead. This is now why I insist on letters only! I advise this on my site.

  34. The CSA costs the taxpayers millions. It costs at least £300m a year to run, plus two £300million failed IT projects (2003 and the latest ‘upgrade’). Their chief exec is on around £100k a year for running a failing agency. And do you know what service we get for this huge investment? A payment transfer service that could (and should) be arranged by the two parents anyway. They were supposed to chase absent parents but instead ending up being a bank transfer service for parents willing to pay.

  35. The CSA only harasses parents that ARE willing to pay because they have no power to track and trace the absent parents. Fathers have no legal parental rights over their children (which is wrong). I paid my childs mother so much money in maintenance that she hasn’t had to work for 14 years. I work 6 days a week 60–65 hours to make ends meet. I only get to see my child every 2 weeks, because her mother gets more money that way.This is a common occurrence for fathers forced to pay through the CSA.

  36. The problem here is borne out of years of frustration. I have been dealing with the CSA for 15 years now, and the staff are always leaving, nothing is ever resolved, help and advice is unavailable. The call centre staff don’t care BECAUSE it’s just a job to them, but this is our children’s and our families way of life at stake. The IT systems are faulty, the politics absurd, and ultimately the families are the ones that suffer.

  37. When you call in for help and end up speaking to someone who ‘don’t give a fuck’, that’s when you get angry. There is no escalation process. If this was a private company, they’d have been closed down decades ago. No channel of complaint, no support services but worst of all is that the organisation has no ACCOUNTABILITY.

  39. The CSA appear to be one of the most disorganised organisations. I’ve known blokes to suffer dearly because of the CSA. One chap I worked with ended up living in a grotty bedsit because a large percentage of his income was taken by the CSA and then had to work 90hrs a week just to pay rent and bills. Another chap was suddenly landed with a £17000 bill by the CSA. Fathers have killed themselves because of the CSA. The CSA should be shut down for the no end of misery they cause. Bastards.

  40. My brother too suffers the evil clutches of the CSA, bearing in mind from the day his son was born, he has provided 100%. When my brother split up with his son’s mother, she then had the front to get the CSA involved even though he still provides for his son. The mother then asks for more money in person and the CSA money she gets, she pisses it up. She doesn’t work, gets a newer car quite often and has another two kids from someone else and she wants more kids. I hate women like that.

I always thought they were there not to support mothers, but children, They should be called the Ex partners support Agency, because once an ex get the payment, rarely do the kids involved see much of it! This organisation need serious investigation!

  43. I pay 350a month of which 130 is for arrears, they told me I owe £18, 000. I asked for when was this incurred, they said in 1999 when I split up, I told them that on the letter they sent it states I had another child with mother in 2001. So how did I split when iv got another child with mother. I said I will get legal advice has I have a solicitors letter stating I split with mother in 2002. I said will I get arrears back if found to be annulled, they said no, I dont even see my kids because she is twisted person who tells lies about me to court. The csa r just debt collectors, get u in debt then harass u ;-(

  44. i know how you feel mate i earn less than £1000 a month for working full time and these bastards take £635 a month off me for arrears i do not owe and have all the paper work and proof that i dont. ive even wrote to david cameron asking him to sort it out and he just passed the buck too the departments of works and pensions what a bunch of fucking wankers are “ruling” us hope you got it sorted anyway i hate all these cock sucking a-holes

  46. i have just have another run in with them after 16 yrs claiming i owe them arrears,i have asked for more details to be mailed to me and this was declined,even though the letter said i could ask for this,female on the phone was very aggressive in her manor and just kept telling me what they will do if don’t pay,i never said at any point i was not going to,i just asked for more details of the figure stated,,,then she went on to demand £60 per month for a year,,however i am on a DAS/IVA,,she stated this changed things,,i terminated the call as it was just going round in circles ..get the cab involved or a lawyer,,you will never win on a on to one basis as they cant mess 3rd party advocates about.
