Bitter ex uses CSA as a weapon

I am at my wits end…..

I met this women 3 years ago. she is a cuban immigrant although she doesnt have official papers. she had 2 children when i met her 8 and 9 yrs old and she was a council tenant. i initially felt sympathy for her situation as the father had been kicked out of the country for being a foriegn criminal. i gradually fell for her and trusted her. 6 months or so down the line she got pregnant depsite being on the pill. i initially assumed she was pulling a fast one on me but she persuaded me that it was a legitimate mistake so i stayed with her and intende to support the child and bring all the benefits that a father can bring to this family. another year down the line and she again accidentally becomes pregnant. i stick with her intending to bring this family away for dependency on the government.

After the birth of the second child she became gradually more and more confrontational with me and even told me to leave the flat on a couple of occasions. i could not understand why she was being so confrontational when i had so much to offer. i am a professional without debts. she had dets of thousands and had never worked. i gave her money and took them all on holiday and out of london in my car and did the food shopping in my car on many occasions. i set up a standing order to pay her money to supplement what i was paying for myself.

One day after a petty argument she told me to leave the flat. i must point out that i never lived there as i had my own place. i only visited after work and at the weekends. on this occasion she never let me back and she hasnt allowed me to see my children since february depsite my many pleas with her to let me. she even prevented me from going to my sons 1 year old birthday 2 weeks ago.

This morning i was called into the secretaries office after only 3 and a half weeks in the job and told that the CSA had contacted her.

Iam now faced with the prosepct of having having money taken out of my salary and month of costly solicitors fees in order to even see my children.

I feel so bullied by her. i feel powerless.

I am considering quitting my job and even immigrating just to regain my independence and pride.

I want my children to benefit from my hard work but i dont want a third party involved just because their mother is a complete bitch.
