CSA causing me to self-harm

After paying the csa through a DEO and not having heard anything from the csa for approx 11 years it was assumed that i had paid in full as both daughters left school at 16 years of age and are now 23 and 24.

But yet again another DEO has dropped on my doormat and they say i owe them £1700. When asked for information i was told to ask in writing, which i have since done but no reply. When i asked why i havent heard anything in 11 years they said they had no address for me, even though i have lived at the same address for the past 9 years.

Now my new wife of just under 2 years has said she is leaving me because we cant afford this money and we will be in threat of losing our home. I have seriously tred to harm myself before over all of this and to be true i am considering it again as i cannot go on like this.

The csa dont care about us; just about getting more money out of us this is a nightmare.
