Wrong money received and right call handler always on the sick
I split with my ex husband in 2006,I got in touch with the csa for payment. my ex husband was issued to pay £11.14 a week for our daughter.
In 2009 the decided to re-assed my ex husband they did not complete this until December 2012,they got in touch with me in January 2013 saying he was in arrears of £2,500 and was told it would be sorted out in the next 4 weeks,it is now march and after writing a compliant letter I still have not received the right amount of money. I keep getting phone calls that the persons who is dealing with the complain is on sick.

Isn’t it a shame your grammar isn’t as great as your greed to get your hands on your ex’s earnings?
Julie009:- They do not decide to do a reassessment unless a change of circumstance is reported by either party or a 3rd party, such as an employer.
Does the NRP pay by direct debit or via a DEO?
Is the amount reduced because of protected income?
What amount of money did you receive and how much do think you should have received?
Why do you think there is a discrepancy?
Do you think a letter of complaint will speed things up?
I would just like to say I did not write this for a Peter brown to send me abuse, my ex husband has got away with not paying the right amount of csa for 3 yrs and it was the csa that reassed my ex husband, he told them that he only as one job when he has 5!!! The Csa have now sorted the correct payment out, that he should have payed back in 2009 so this is why it is so much!!!
well Julie if your ex hasnt made the “correct” payments as set by the csa, it may likely be because he cannot afford them. In which case he will be forced out of his job and will end up paying £5 per week.
@ Carol I agree, this CSA lark is just getting so unaffordable for everybody concerned, I can bet its forced so many men out of work,

If you remain unhappy with the delays from the CSA have you considered contacting your local MP and asking for their assistance?
I would just like to say the reason why my ex husband had not payed the right amount is cause he did not tell them about all his jobs,he only declared one of his jobs,but now they have caught up with him after 4 yrs
,it has now all been sorted and I am now getting regular payments
