I think so yes am sure if it’s 124nyts a year they don’t have to pay it or a lesser amount
– Maybe you should be more concerned about letting you’re son see his father for a descent amount of time instead of money!
I think you’ll find an extra two nights a month won’t make you loose out so don’t panic!
:0(
How many nights a week did they see each other when you were together???
Ask yourself this question: what is more important “my full pocket” or my son having more time with his daddy that he needs in his life. if your question is only about the finances it speaks volume what you might really be concerned – money, not your son’s happiness. of course I don’t know your situation, and I will truly stand with you on this one, IF and only IF your ex-husband was violent to your son or drunkard, or taking drugs etc. however if the reason you are stopping your son to see your ex, is because you have a private vendetta on ex and are using your son to yank his chain, then shame on you. stopping or brainwashing child from his non-residential parent, whether it is a mom or dad should be made illegal and treated in category of Child Abuse. I went with such thing with my ex, however my son lives with me, and visits his mom when he wants… I don’t diss my ex in front of him, in the contrast of her, that does it very very often.

I don’t know your individual circumstances so can only go on your post. Why on earth would the amount of money you get come in to your thinking when deciding if your son should spend more time with his dad. Surely your sons happiness should come before anything.
Couldn’t agree with Dave white more. The question is, do you want your son to have a relationship with your ex and for your ex to have equal share of responsibility and upbringing of your son,as was originally intended I presume. But if money’s more important to you then why not give him no access and take all his money, the CSA will help you do that if you like.
Think you should think more about your child’s relationship with the other parent and not focus your attention on greed …… Enough said !
Oh look another person with custody desperately trying to get as much money as possible.
The child’s needs should come first, long before your bank balance.
Yes it will affect your money.
Welcome to the CSA, encouraging mothers to restrict contact since 1993.
Another money orientated grabbing bitch that sees dollars IT can milk from the father more important than him seeing his child. You make me want to spit teeth. Grrrrrrrr
Gonk
Get a bloody job if you need the extra cash you greedy cow and put your child’s needs first!
