Yes it go down to 15% . They cant legal take ur tax credit no matter what they say that bit you can fight if they try it .

It should go down, but the whole system is a nightmare. We have had to go to mp about it. We got payments reduced then got told in arrears as whoever does their accounts slept with an accountant but never got them pregnant lol
