I don’t think they can touch ur partners earnings or ur wife’s. It’s about what u a father earns.. not what anybody partners ear. If she’s also got a partner his income is also nothing to do with what u contribute for your child
Not they cant hun . If they tried tell to take a run n jump !
Only under CSA1 rules, otherwise no & they have no legal right to ask for her details. Doesn’t stop them from asking though, if they do say no.
we are having problems with csa, because they class my child tax credits as an income, so my husbands maintenance has quadrupled since we got married, so wrong the child tax credit is meant to be for our 4 children, i don’t disagree with him paying maintenance for his 1 child off his wages but not our child tax credit
They cannot touch the partners income. Furthermore, they also have no right to know what they earn and you are quite within your rights to not provide that information.
Think this all depends what CSA your on. As far as I am aware your wife’s income will only be taken into account if your on CSA1
YES they can. It all depends on which ludicrous system your case is based on, if your like me and are on the old old system (pre2003) they will take your wife’s money into account and if she doesn’t give them her wage slips they will just make it up (like they do with most things). If your case started pre2003 you will be unfairly discriminated against, and the CSA are above the law so there is nothing you can do about it.
