Will the CSA need new payslips?

February 14, 2014

Hello.. I’m just looking for some information.. I am currently paying maintenance for my son of 4 yrs old… He is due to be stopping over at my house, this is going to occoring every 2 weeks for 1 night.. I know this make make changes to my csa paymeants.. But the advice I am seeking is how will this take place? Will they need new pay slips from my work ? Or will they work from payslips which they have recently had from me ?

I just want to make sure I have the right information when I come to make the changes

    2weeks x 1 night = 26 nights per year.

Your payments will not change unless you have overnights for greater than 52 nights per year, then you get 1/7 off the amount you pay.

don’t know what they will require from you.

1 night per week will not make any difference until you have your child for more than 130 Nights per year IE: 131 Nights there will be no change in your payments if any one tells you any differently its rubbish. The child support agency and the family courts have always and will always be first and foremost for the mother. Then they lay some rubbish on you like it is whatever is in the child’s best interest. K so my children were primarily cared for by me then their mother started taking Meth then I asked for a divorce and had to leave the family home because the drug dealers became involved with her so because she stayed in the home the courts gave her custody. so drug addicts plus needles and pipes equals safe environment for child.

G RA NT, you left the household even though you know your ex was on meth? And on top of that you left you children there?! Wow

Got something to say?
