Wife divorced me because of financial shortcomings
My ex wife divorced me on the grounds of my “financial shortcomings” and having just come through a nervous breakdown I was not of a mind to challenge too much. With my two sons in need of stability I agreed to give her two thirds of our assets despite contrary advice from my solicitor. She also tried to get her hands on my future pensions. We also agreed that I should contribute almost £400 per month child support.
So far so good except that within a few weeks she moved in with another man who I discovered she had been having an affair with for some time and they had come up with the “financial shortcomings” as an excuse to get the divorce and obviously a big chunk of our joint assets. Somehow as well she managed to get a judgement that all joint debts would become my responsibility. When I discovered all this I stopped my monthly payments as she was now receiving not only her salary (as much as mine) but also her new man was providing a significant sum of money. She promptly went to the CSA which is when things got really nasty.
The CSA immediately ruled against me, I appealed but they lost all the paperwork, I appealed again which they dismissed out of hand ignoring all the contribution I had made over and above any legal requirements.
They insisted that I pay all “arrears” immediately which amounted to one and a half month’s salary obviously leaving me in severe financial hardship – their reaction? TOUGH!!
For some time now my ex has lied about her situation, the number of days I still have my two sons to stay, very often for several days a week, holidays I manage to take them on etc. The CSA ALWAYS take her word for it as though, because of the divorce, I am now nothing but a compulsive liar!
The CSA have to get the message that not every woman is the “poor hard done by defenceless wife”. The scheming to get rid of me for “greener pastures” was hard enough to bear but the unfairness by which the CSA operate is breathtaking.

Sadly this is typical of alot of greedy ex wife’s and typical of the fucking scumbag csa taking their word as god and treating the you as an outcast lying no good scumbag.

My whore of an ex dumped me after just 9 months married,we had been together 8 yrs. found out she had been cyberwhoring with a German whom she is now shacked up with.she took my daughter who was then 3 she is now nearly 9 and you can count the digits on both hands and it would less than them in the amount of time I seen my girl. The bitch abandoned her for 5 months running back to Germany after leaving him but decided she still wanted to be with him.despite her parents and sister vowing never to let her have back my daughter,she turns up out of the blue and her sister just casually rings me and tells me my ex has taken my daughter back to Germany…lol….and now she and he have moved to uk and they won’t even give me there phone number so I can call my daughter,let alone tell me where she lives.but she did do something…..filed a claim with the csa….so now I’m forced to pay £320 via a DOE for the privilidge…..and so you see as usual the dad gets fucked by a bitch ex and the scum csa,we are treated like criminals when all we ever want is fairness regarding paying for your kids….oh and my ex was charged with benefit fraud. She moved to Germany but conveniently forgot to tell the council she had moved out of the private let that they….(no us the tax payer) were paying for and still paying the rent into her bank….lol…..nice little earner she says to herself…but that’s ok….that don’t matter….I’m still tarred as the criminal ….cunts all of them
