Why won’t they take my other children into account?

I have 4 children with my current partner 1 with with an ex ive always paid for my child but since the csa have got involved there has been no leeway.

I have one months arrears and when I asked them to spread the arrears over a year they refused and said they would take it directly out of my wages they didn,t care about the concideration to my current children and I had,t refused to pay I just asked them to take it over a year.

Plus when calculating they took my tax credits into account any advice help?

  1. I only owe £200 not a fortune and for your info she doesn’t work it’s the tax payer that keeps her as she is too bone idle to work for a living not like some of us

  2. Under the 2003 scheme your kids who live with you should be given a discount as relevant other children, thr

  3. Ignore the above comments, another desperate scrounger who thinks her ex is loaded and thinks all nrp are the same

  4. Lisa..mind your words with this one (Ruta) obviously another Amanda Johnson nrp hater.
I just wish she had a man in her life with baggage and he was bled by the ex causing hardship in her household, then maybe she might have some comforting words for this guy.
    gonk

  5. I wouldn’t mind but when we separated when the child was two l voluntarily paid maintenance then the cad wrote to my ex saying they could get more money and it wouldn’t affect her benefits personally they have no morals but out of interest will it affect any of her benefits and which ones

  6. Doesn’t matter what she claims in benefits now, she is entitled to full csa as well,

  7. So whilst we all work hard and they get there benefit hey here’s an extra load of money to make sure your better of on benefits while the father has to also pay tax and national insurance on what the cad demand with 4 children myself maybe l should give up work

  8. I wish the system was fair but why is l would be better off on benefits than working how sad

  9. I noticed there are lots of sites giving advice to people getting advice on getting csa payments but non for daughters being screwed by the csa time to change l think fathers need a voice

  10. So nobody can tell me if it will affect her housing or child tax credit if she receives payments from the csa and she’s on benifits

  11. None of her benefits will be effected by csa payments, this was actioned in april 2010….wrong because in some cases single parents are better off than those working!

  12. But if they already get benefit to pay for the child theists like giving them a bonus for not working how can that be justifiable right

  13. It’s like kicking hard working people in the stomach and when they are down kicking them some more it’s really wrong
