Let’s hope he never returns . Pity I didn’t know the guy and tip him off that if he returns he will be bled dry by his ex and the CSA. He probably knows this already and knows how unfair the system is. That’s why he stays away, so good luck to him and tough luck for you.
I don’t condone guys not contributing to their off springs upbringing, but also sympathise with NRP’s as the system is unfair and biased and is the reason why so many fathers avoid the CSA.
