Why wasn’t the CSA taking money when it was supposed to?
Around 15yrs ago iwas in and out of jobs and was paying my csa.then all of sudden stopped,as with not on speaking terms with x partner thought she married.
So for around 13yrs never payed csa,then to 2yrs ago ended on jsa again then all a sudden it was taken of me again.so for all them yrs i could of been paying csa,but due to their error it was not taken off me.
My son is now 19yrs and i dont see why i should pay now as i would off payed this off if not due to csa messing it uo.
If it cant sort this out for me i am going to seek legal action as this was a mistake by csa.

It’s your child therefor your responsibility to pay.
But if the agency hav failed y shud he now childs been bought up csa tried this with us go through ice n prove theyv failed then take em to tribunal then gp ombudsman for compensation
