Why should my ex’s baby get everything while my daughter goes without?
I would like to no where I stand. I have a 5 year old daughter from a previous partner 4 years ago. He doesn’t pay towards our child apart from he helped out for about 2 months then said he was putting money into a savings account for her. I’m now pregnant with my second child and I’m going to need as much help from the ex as possible to support out daughter so she doesn’t go without in life.
Her dad has another child on the way with his new partner and don’t see why that baby should get everything and my daughter goes without? Can I have advice please?

i agree he should support you for your daugther but you shouldnt of gone and got pregnant again if you cant provide for your daugther dont take that the wrong way. maybe try private agreement and if he dont agree to help then use cms x
Instead of opening your legs to get pregnant again with yet another child you can’t afford, why not put the daughter first and go and get a job! Just because your ex has moved onto have a child with a woman he loves doesn’t mean he doesn’t love his daughter, maybe he is avoiding you because of how you are!
The money off ur ex shudnt be needed cos ur pregnant again!
How did you get a child that’s 5 from a relationship that was 4 years ago? And if it ended 4 years ago why go back and get urself pregnant when he’s in a relationship already with another women who’s pregnant ??
