Why should I pay when she is so much better off than me?
The c.s.a has sent me s letter saying i have to pay £10 per week to them 4 a kid but not saying who the child is cos my kids are all grown up with there own kids.
But i have a young son who i have not seen or aloud to go near because of his mum he has been taken of her and been put into care of her mum and dad but i am e.s.a COs i sm a major diabetic with bowl problems so i am not aloud to work or go back to work.
Plus i am homeless so why should i psy her or them wen they work and on realy good money and she gets her rent paid and has a 3 bed house and gets all the benefits? Thanks.

You will only have to pay a percentage of your ESA and it will go to whoever has full time care of your child. You have to pay this as your the child’s father it doesn’t matter if your ex is better off than you or not. Its not for her after all, its for the child!
Only the person who is claiming child benfit for the child can put in a claim with the CMS new systam. If the child is in Local authority care I doubt they would be claiming it. But if the child is in Long term FC then the FC can claim against both parents as a guardian.
If the child is in the care of the maternal grandparents they can claim maintenance from both the parents.
