Why should I have to pay for their mistake?

i have had a letter from the csa stating that i have underpaid for years. i have it taken out off wages every month the amount they have asked for all there letters stateing a monthly payment so we paid it, now they are saying that amount should off been weekly.

its not my fault they messed ip so why should i pay the debt from there BIG MISTAKE idiots also wot is the carers allowance for i pay full amount on that and hes 15 years old i now have no money to cover all my bills every month they havnt taken into account my morgage or bills never asked me how much my outgoings are

    You need to ask for a reassessment immediately, because on CS1 your mortgage should be taken into account and carer’s allowance should be reduced or removed from the maintenance required when a child is over 12.

    You don’t have any bills or essential living cost, mortgage,rent ,travel to work cost, council tax, utility bills….NOTHING…. This is the mentality of the CSA, they think you should live on fresh air…nothing else.
