Why must we wait?

I was given a a deadline its now been months and was told I would be contacted that the case would be with the escalation team.

I think its awful not only for myself waiting but the absent parent having to pay backdated payments because of the slow work.

  1. In a perfect world coming to an arrangements between yourselves is the best but when the NRP does everything to evade any financial provision and acts in an intimidating and threatening way to the RP there is no other option.

In addition an agreement between yourselves the NRP can stop payments when they want and use paying maintenance as a way of still having control over the RP, in these cases when dealing with a manipulative and unstable NRP, there is no other option.
