hes got bank receipts….. go complaints review or better yet a lawyer n yes defo mp snd minister of state…..ombudsman……ice thetes loads u can contact….u can go to tribunal and centrals appeals unit too we did still are……mp is now askin the minister of state to close ours as we got em to admit mass maladministration over 20 years upheld by ice……watch this space……told em shut it down or we go for compo…..
Never, ever deal with the CSA by telephone, as you say you get no where.
Only deal with the CSA by post.
Do not answer the phone if the CSA call – use caller ID.
Keep copies of all CSA post received and copies of replies in date order.
Send all post to the CSA by recorded delivery and get proof of your reply being received by the CSA.
If you have cause for complaint or legal action, you have written proof.
