You need to request a dna test if you don’t think you are the father, make sure you tell them someone else is on the birth certificate. If you turn out to be you will have to pay for the test unfortunately and you will still have to pay for the children whether you are on birth certificate or not. Hope this helps.
By knowingly falsifying a document such as a birth certificate is a criminal offence and the csa should chase the person concerned who is actually named on them!

Thanks guys for responding to my question,to relying the trueth some things l read here make me puke,how some people abuse the system and surely the CSA are to blame because they don’t care about men,women we can be nasty as much as we want because the CSA is on our side.How can this happen that an individual is crushed to nothing because the CSA allows that.
It’s such a pity and torture to kids, the CSA should be demolished because it’s me sided.
