Why must I pay if I have no chance of seeing him?

I got a son and he is about 14 but his mother did not let me see him when a baby and said will let him decide when 16.

I got my five kids at home with me and now l got years of child support to pay.

  1. Claire, you sound like one of those greedy mum’s who doesn’t give a toss about how the father feels as long as you get your money (over inflated probably). What experience have you actually had with the csa? You need to get your facts right before you start having a go at the guys on here! Ben why are you paying £500 a month for one child? It seems excessive.

  2. Alex/Claire
you 2 obviously condom mothers and this parasite agency bleeding dads for cash and not caring whether the kids see their dads or not..its all about money money money. the nrp is just a ATM machine and his kids are cash cows to the mother.
so fuck off Alex and Claire you clueless twats
    Gonk

  3. It is cases like this that are really hurting families because in this case Mum wants financial support and Dad wants to be involved with his child’s upbringing. Both are justified in their demands.

Unfortunately, the CSA do not care about the rights (or the lack of rights) of the NRP. When the CSA was set up to support the PWC, the law should have changed to insist upon the presumption of reasonable shared care. The set up and rules surrounding child support simply incentivise the PWC to reduce the time the NRP spends with the child.

We should not be in a situation where one parent, who has the full backing of a government agency can unilaterally decide how much time the other parent spends with their child.
