Why isn’t my ex-wife being made to pay?

July 27, 2014

I have 3 children who i have always paid for.i have a new girlfriend and my x wife doesnt like it, so she went to csa and now i pay her less.

My oldest daughter came to live with me so i told csa and still made a payment every month for my other two children.my x has had letters to pay csa for our oldest daughter to me and she hasnt been made to pay a penny.

My children come and tell me my (my mum said your getting no csa off her)how can she get away with this? i think she is going to stop me seeing my children and i will take her all the way as they are my children too and i would do anything for them.

Can i stop payments to pay for court?

@ charlotte are you for real? Children are not and should not be used as a pay for view….in your last comment sums you right up that children are there to line your pocket (rolls my eyes)!

Yes nrps should have a responsibility to their children but I wouldn’t stop them seeing the kids because s/he didn’t pay up!

@ Charlotte Rosevear…..you really are a total bitch…now I really see you for what you are, a money grabbing bitch..stick that in your pipe and smoke it.
I am surprised being someone that obviously cashes in on what she can get from the ex’s, you don’t fire out another kid and increase your benefit booty.

    @ Charlotte
id love to know how much you are raking in from all your cash cows? I guess you get loads of other benefits on top as well ? wow..what an easy life at the tax payers expense.

Also at charlotte, isn’t the other child your ex has with his now wife? I don’t get your argument?…and there you go again using the child as a weapon, ok for you to slate the father of your child, you going to show him those statements too….me thinks not!

rant over and David…sorry for disrespecting your ex but her sort piss me off big time are the reasons sites like this exist. If the system was fair and pwc’s played fair then I wouldn’t be wasting my poor typo skills on here.I wish you well which is more I can say for your ex

I keep saying this over & over…..majority of pwcs get help with benefits (plus maintanance on top) to help with kids, when’s enough ever enough?

Emotional support is more important if you’re already getting help via the government and if nrp is in childs life then isn’t that a beneficial effect on the pwc too?

Remember if child stays with nrp the only benefits they have is a reduction in child support…..been there got the tshirt with my husbands children, we got nothing from the pwc even when the children stayed with us so she could go on holiday for a fortnight and not once did we moan at her about it!
