Why is this system so broken?
My ex partner (not married) Kicked me out of my home 4.5 years ago after she had decided that I was working too much. I held down two jobs to give a life style to my children I never had. The CSA are a joke the first problem I had was arrears or should I say arrears that never existed. The ex and I came to an arrangement over payment. I was paying money into her bank account from which I kept all receipts with a reference on her bank account. Then she decided to tell the CSA I wasn’t paying anything. I thought I was safe and had receipts on hand.they told me they didn’t specify that this money was for child support but I had told them the reference for child support was on her account. I was then told it was up to her to give this info and they couldn’t demand it. second problem is the amount I pay they take near in a third of my money after tax. It has left me broke every month for the past 4.5 years but nothing is done. I cannot get help with a solicitor to see them as I earn to much but after all my deductions I take home less than 1000 per month. which all goes on rent and bills plus the previous debt she has got me into (opening accounts and taking out loans in my name and not paying for them. without me knowing). 18 months ago she relocated them to N.wales 380 miles from me. Her demands she puts in place are unreasonable if I want to see them I have to get a hotel room for each of them for the time I see them. Now I find out she is working full time and this has no effect on how much I pay. The last time I saw what she had I couldn’t believe what i was seeing (new computers, 5 inch flat screen and new car.)
I have now meet some one and we are getting married but what future can I offer if my finances are rapped by the CSA. The system and this country favor the woman it is totally wrong. The hardest thing to deal with was her violence towards me during our relationship, I know fear that she will do the same to my little ones as they get older.

I paid a mortgage for nearly 3years for my 3 children and ex to live in but unfortunatly this was not took into account and now pay full csa which I must say don’t mind but hurts me to think none of what I paid for in past is been looked at as providing for children.

Feminist anti-male government pushing social justice policies is the reason the system is broken.
