Why is she allowed to change her mind?
Back in 2012 my ex wrote to csa saying she no longer wanted to recieve payments from me. i got a letter from csa saying just that, she no longer wanted payments and the case is now closed.
Low and behold i get a job and now she wants payments im on minimum wage and they have just taken £400 out of my wages leaving me with not enough money to live on and i was only given 2 weeks notice that they were taking this money
Why is she allowed to change her mind whenever she likes. she officially said dhe does not want payments anymore yet now she can change her mind.

She’s a woman, and they’re allowed to change their minds as often as they like, without having to worry about who it affects.
she can close it and re open it but if she closed it again she wnat be able to re open it eva again
