Why is it always the guy that suffers?
I work 30hrs per week and have 2 girls I have to pay for to which csa take 65 pound per week.
I have been left in 9000 debt by there mother as we got a new car so she wouldnt keep breaking down n then she decided to cheat on me which caused us to split up n she jumped straight onto csa.
Long story short cause I dnt work that many hours I cant afford to live in a flat or house n have to sleep in a scrap car I bought dor 40pound so I have somewwr to sleep as when the debts paid each week I have nothing left leaving me going hungry n cold.
So why is it that the father of the children suffers. I have been hosplitalised 6 times since january with hypothermia n suffered frostbite. This is a jke. We pay tax to cover all different types of payments for ppl that don’t work.
Fathers that pay csa shouldn’t pay tax as ppl in my posistion wont suffer as smuch n can feed themselves.
Also the mother ov my girls has a new partner and is claiming benefits while working cash in hand and also has her new partners income aswell. This country is a fuckin joke and its always the guys that suffer.

The csa want £103 a week from me, for 1 child.
It’s a % of wage. Males are speed donors & cash cows, nothing more!

I don’t. The csa are ignoring their own calculations and the law and taking more than they should.
That’s a good wage for them to take 65 quid a week my sons father works over 80 hrs a week and I get 36 lol
The csa are just twats! You will get used to it unfortunately. I know it doesn’t cost £103 pw to cover the costs of looking after a child but they don’t care and the x is very happy.
Sarah if that’s true your x must be working less than minimum wage or blagging you about the hrs

I get 144 a month for one child works out 36 a week x

Citizens advice will make the neccessary calls for u for housing…debt …etc try a good bank in between while yr sorting it out do at least yr not hungry hope u get sorted soon
They wanted 28aweek from me but this would of had to come out my food or fuel money (i don’t have things like sky Etc) I was giving all I could and keep roof over my head as well, but now I can’t afford to get to work, it can’t be legal can it?

And the poor NRP are about to get stung another 20% on top of what they pay for CSA involvement. It should be the PWC who get stung with that as it’s them who got CSA involved in 1st place. We are hoping to cut the corrupt scum out of our lives and hope to make a private arrangement with my o/h ex wish is luck please people!!

Its such a shame women exsist like this it makes us all look bad if my x had to sleep in a car I would Cancel the csa so he had a home where my children could spend time with him that is What’s important that children have both parents

I can relate to you here mate…my bitch of an ex had an affair and fucked off leaving me with debt and went to the CSA for cash to help her set up her new nest with her German lover. I applied for a variation and the cheeky c**t told the CSA that my debt was nothing to do with her…lol….married…50/50 they keep banging on about. But my debt was nothing to do with her despite as follows
Engagement ring £1000
House renovation ( for her because this is how she wanted her home to look) £25.000
New car I brought her £6.000
Wedding dress £2.000
My share towards wedding recep £ 7.000
Honey moon £ 1.000
But none of it was anything to do with her. The C**t just walks away from it and leaves me to clean up the debt and I have to hand over £300 each month to her and her fucking new partner for the privilege of being used and shit on by the skank
And who says the woman is hard done by after a break up….bollocks they are.
