Why haven’t I been contacted in the five years I’ve been paying?
hi from 2008 my csa payment was calculated at £30 which i have been paying weekly up to 2013. but the bomb shell hit on christmas eve 2012 when i recieved a letter saying im in arrears of £4750.
i have a mortgage another child and a wife that cant work full time because of disability issues. i contacted csa to find out why im in arrears when iv never missed a single payment ,only to be told 4months after the maintainence was setup i should have been paying £47 a week not 30.
my argument is why was i never contacted in the 5 years iv been paying? yet there quite happy to keep taking the money from me! i havent seen my daughter for years as, when my daughter was 3years old her words to me was dada you will take me away and never bring me back !! to this day i cannot get my head around it why would my daughter say something like that.

the csa seem to think i owe them 21,000…my lad is now 20 and ive paid her direct since he was 2…i already had a previous bill of 19,000 reduced to 140 after a lengthy battle over 10 years ago…then 3 weeks ago i get a bill fir 21,000…theyre a complete shower of bastards and won’t get a penny off me
It could b that because u have another child you and your partner get child tax credit for that they wasn’t taking that into account as part of your income before, they are sly bastards , I would check to see if they have been including that tax credit
they seen to think my oh oz close to £10.000 for 11 mths not working . even now they still cant do their job right
Hi, go see your mp, i bet you don’t owe anywhere near that much if any at all.
They are commiting fraud on a massive scale to many many nrps.
