Why does the CSA still exist?

The CSA are now trying to take £250 a month from arrears incurred because they took so long to set up a request for monies to be takenfrom wages that it built up every time I moved or changed work.

I was paying arrears until my lad left school for uni, which I supported him even though I was paying the csa there charges. Unfortunetly my son got none of it or any help from his mother which is what I and everyone else is lead to believe. Well, tell that to my son who struggled all through uni and, because I was already paying the csa, I could not send him more which i would have liked to.

Who actually gets the money? Why did my son have to suffer? why don’t the csa listen to or care what really is going on? Why are people being driven to suicide through their actions? Why are the csa still in excistance causing more harm than good?
