If the NRP pays weekly then CSA will keep hold of it and pay it monthly to the PWC so they ‘earn’ money from the interest. If the NRP pays monthly then CSA hold it for 5 working days then pay it over to PWC to get the interest from it. Same reason it takes 3-5 working days for a cheque to clear at the bank.
