Why do I still have to pay CHILD support for a 21-year old man?

i would like to know how you can still pay for a man .i stoped paying for my son when he was 19 years old as i was told at the time .

on the 23 /12 12 i recevid a letter from the c/s/a / saying that a new claim had been put in as the law had been alterd .so you can still claim up to the age of 21 years .IF that is the case then that child should not be able to vote or to go to the pub or get maried.

i would just like to know why we all dont stand up and say no .i do know that young children do need to be supported but their is a limit .its all very well for the likes of the PM and his side kick to sit their on all the money they get for doing nowt . its the case of you will pay why your child can still claim when they ern more money than you

  1. This subject keep cropping up on this forum, almost weekly.
The CSA rules are confusing and unclear.
I wonder who wins and who looses from this confusion?
